Wallet, bass and pike
Nice place on the Ash river caught lots of five bass and some feisty pike on the river. Caught walleyes and almost a giant pike (broke off right next to the boat) on Namaken…. Lots of fun!

Long Weekend on the Water
We just returned from a wonderful stay at Kim and Jay's home on the river. The setting is amazing and it feels very private as you look out on to the water. We cooked and grilled most nights, and the kitchen has everything you need. We brought our food, but also found a few things we needed at the grocery store in Orr. During the day, we explored the hiking paths in the area. You have beautiful views of the woods and the water, whether you are inside or out on the deck. I like to read, and found many comfortable spots throughout the home. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

An incredible trip that we won’t soon forget!
This beautiful house is immaculately kept and the property is so peaceful. It provides a unique experience from the hustle and bustle of Kab and the crowdedness of the main drag of the Ash River Trail. The daily visits from all the different types of wildlife were amazing. The owners are just as wonderful as the property as well. Great communication throughout the process. Jay was even kind enough to leave us some bait (in addition to the very thoughtful welcome gift) that had my kids catching pike off the dock within minutes of our arrival. Just a perfect experience!

Beautiful property on a beautiful body of water
This property did not disappoint. The home is beautiful and the property felt very secluded. There were neighbors on both sides but they were not home - and even if they had been, the way the lot is situated, it felt private. The week we were there was pretty rainy, but the large windows in the home made it feel like we were still enjoying the outdoor scenery while staying indoors. The large beautiful deck was perfect for relaxing and eating and had enough space for all 5 adults and more! The river is very calm in this spot, so we were able to float and relax right there at the cabin. We spent one day boating through all of the water ways up to the Canada border. (We rented from Sunset Resort which is only about a mile away). The views were breathtaking! The owners were very friendly, informative, and wonderful to work with! The only reason I didn't give the home 5 stars was because it was advertised as a 3 bedroom, however the second 2 "bedrooms" are just separate areas in the loft - so no privacy or doors to close to keep noise from the main living area out. But even knowing that now, I would still recommend this home and property!

Peaceful Retreat
From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The scent of the pine was so fresh and invigorating. The property was was kept up. Could launch our kayaks off the dock and meander down to the calming ash river falls, and enter Voyagers from the water. We were 15 minutes, by vehicle, to one of the entrances of Voyagers National Park, we did some more kayaking there. Plenty of hiking trails. Would highly recommend staying here. The Belcastro’s are great hosts.

Ash River Cabin
Jay and Kim are top-notch hosts. Great communicators and always a phone call away to help. Cabin is well appointed, super clean, new, and in a beautiful spot on the Ash River. We would totally stay there again. A couple things of note: bring bug spray. It’s a bad mosquito year and a little bug spray will go a long way. Also note that it takes some time to go from their location down the Ash River to the Namakan lake. It’s mostly a no-wake zone. Which is pleasant. Trip from cabin to Kettle Falls is 1-1.5 hrs. Thank you Jay and Kim.

Blessed experience
A circle of victories for us. Hosts went the extra mile with welcome gifts, fishing spots and info on area! Property is beautiful and well maintained and on calm river which affords the opportunity to fish even if windy! Short trip by boat to big waters and excellent walleye fishing !

This cabin is amazing the owners are the best and so helpful! The place is beautiful
We rented this cabin with grandparents, kids and grandkids. The cabin is beautiful, it has everything you need and more. The owners were the best we have ever rented from. Called the night before to check and clarify anything. Helped when I txted about local beaches for the kids to swim. The dock and fishing area were awesome. This is a great place to stay for anyone!

Cozy Retreat on Ash River
We had a wonderful time at Bel-Point! The area was quiet and peaceful and we were visited each day by a family of deer who weren’t very shy. We rented a boat from Sunset Resort which was very convenient and well priced - took a few trips down the river to check out the waterfall which was fun. The deck has amazing views of the river and we enjoyed our time out there when the weather was nice. The cabin was well stocked with all the modern conveniences you could ask for and the hosts left us a nice welcome bag which made us feel at home. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely stay there again!

Restful Retreat
Our family of six – with four children aged 12 to 20 – had plenty of room in this fantastic house. The property was exactly as advertised in a tranquil location on the shores of the Ash River. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The firepit along the river was an amazing place to spend the evenings. The owners provided a smooth check-in/out process, and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Absolutely loved this property and would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing Cabin on the Ash River!
This property was amazing. Located in a great spot on the Ash River with easy access to the bigger lake. Nice docks for the boats. Nice fire pit and chairs around the fire pit. The deck furniture was so nice and relaxing to just sit and drink a coffee. The house was set up so nice. The kitchen was great. We cooked every meal there except one. The fridge is huge and able to hold enough food for 7 people and drinks. The master bed was nice and bedding was comfy. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very proactive in communicating with us and helping us even with fishing questions. We loved this property and would definitely go back!

Great place to relax
We come to Belpointe to fish. Due to flooding we didn't fish on the river so we drove to a Pelican Lake at Orr. When we were out fishing we were able to kick back and relax. Jay & Kim wee welcoming and very responsive to any questions! They are the best hosts we've encountered on VRBO.

Stunning setting
Apart from the generational flooding that of course no one had any control over - everything was amazing and probably owing to the high water - none of the other houses around us were occupied so it was quiet and pristine. The house was amazing - we had more quiet time inside due to rain but very comfortable and well equipped - we cooked or grilled most of our meals there and had what we needed. Jay and Kim could not have been more responsive and helpful. For as remote as we were - the WIFI worked great and we were able to be as in contact as we wanted to be. Probably reassuring to our family as we actually had tornado warnings for one of the evenings we were there but never lost electricity or connectivity in spite of that. Something really spectacular about looking out your front windown and seeing a bald eagle sitting at its nest.

Wonderful home to enjoy the week near Voyageurs National Park.
The property is very well maintained. I love the cabin decor. I slept very soundly. The kitchen is very functional and is well equipped for cooking. Camp fires were enjoyed as I viewed the golden Aspen reflecting in the Ash River. The internet was good. Netflix was streamed with no issues. Overall experience was delightful.

Beautiful cabin
We enjoyed our time on Ash River. The cabin was well appointed and clean. The fishing was tough, but the weather was beautiful and we had a great time. We weren't real happy about the long, slow ride it took to get to the bigger water though. Also, the cabin was advertised to have 3 bedrooms, but bedrooms 2 and 3 were in the open loft with no privacy. Fine if you have kids, but we had 3 couples and that made it a little tough. Overall a great experience.

Great stay in Voyageurs National Park
The location and cabin was all we could have asked for and more with spectacular views. The cabin was comfortable with a cozy north woods feel and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very secluded location to get away from it all and relax. Loved the fire pit on the small point to take in the scenery at the end of the day. The owners were great in their communication and very helpful. Hope to return.

Voyagers ❤
We love staying in Voyagers, last week was no exception. We had a wonderful stay! Adorable, clean, fully stocked kitchen, open layout with a lot of space. Deck and fire pit were amazing. If you are coming up to fish, the river was not productive...and the fish cleaning table is tiny. If you don't have AT&T, you will get zero service- no phone calls, texts or internet.

We had a great time at Bel-Pointe. This listing is excellent in everyday-- clean, well-appointed and, to quote my teenage son, "cozy." The hosts have done a great job, communicate well, and worked hard to make our stay very enjoyable. We plan on returning again.

Lovely, Pleasant and Comfortable
House was in great condition, and pleasant to stay in. The setting was peaceful and lovely with the river on two sides of the house. My queen size bed upstairs was very comfortable. Lots of Windows and light in the house. Deck is new and was a popular place to hang out. We had a group of eight people plus two dogs - could have used three jugs of water for the water cooler instead of two. Also, the water dispenser in the fridge was useful, too. Close to Voyageurs Nat’l Park.

Beautiful Bel-Point!
This cabin is perfect and was stocked with everything we needed for a family of 7. We were impressed by how much thought the owners put into the details, as well as the cleanliness of the property- inside and out. We did a lot of exploring on the water, but looked forward to the cozy cabin and comfortable beds each evening. We definitely hope to be back in 2022!

We absolutely adored this beautiful house on Ash River. The details in the decor made for an amazing cabin atmosphere. The beds were extremely comfortable. The dock, fish cleaning station and campfire set up were perfect for our family. We rented a boat at Sunset Resort and spent the week exploring Voyageurs. Out of any rental I’ve stayed at, this is by far the cleanest ever. The accommodations were amazing! The deck is a great place to sit and enjoy the beauty of the river. Beautiful, spacious, and relaxing. Kim and Jay are both truly dedicated to their guests comfort and enjoyment. Our stay was fantastic and memorable. Our 4yr old enjoyed wild berry hunts around the property and is now hooked on fishing after catching smaller pike off the dock during the evenings.

Exceptional Family Vacation
The owners thought of everything to make our week-long stay a success. The property was beautiful with gathering spaces inside and out so that all eight of us could be together. We were able to dock our boats and fish. The scenery on the river, on the way out to the lakes, is gorgeous. The outdoor spaces were as well kept as the home itself. The home had sleeping accommodations for all of us and included bedding. We would definitely stay again!
