I took the family for a stay at the ETM Private Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica. The villa is more beautiful than the pictures shows very spacious. The owner and the staff were attentive and freindly, local restaurant, market and shops minutes away. You think the pool is the main attraction, think again. Overall ETM Private Wellness Retreat is a place a plan on going back.

Views are beyond beautiful! Property was very clean. Staff, specially the ones in restaurant and lounge area, were extremely friendly and full of suggestions. Breakfast options were VERY limited for someone with egg allergies. Unfortunately there was an issue with plumbing and we didn’t have water the entire last night/morning we were there. Not being able to shower after being in the pool and having to travel all day the next day was quite inconvenient.

"I had the worst hotel experience of my life here! The shower had a cheap plastic shower head that was broken when my daughter first tried to take a shower. The shower head disconnected from its base and couldn’t be used. We reported the issue and a staff member worked on it and said it was fixed. ..."
