8.8/10 Excellent! (263 reviews)
Staff were amazing and helpful, very kind and allowed me to upgrade to a suite as I was there for a special occasion.
The hotel itself is beautiful and I love the decor however a downside was no room service and their QR code has not been updated to the new downstairs restaurant TYGA.
Also housekeeping did not make the bed during my stay of 3 nights (1 day I put a do not disturb sign) which isn’t what I’m used to.
Overall a good experience but there could be some things made better.

"Stayed whilst visiting the Lakes. Hotel was perfect for us as a family with children age 10 to 16. The buffet breakfast was a good selection, children loved the pancake machine. We also loved the pool, you had to pay extra but I felt this was worth it, the pool was a good size and steam room, sauna ..."

"Definite good and bad bits. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the facilities. The room felt in desperate need of a make over, I imagine in summer it would be sweltering with no air con but the lady on reception was wonderful and very helpful and the rooms overlooking the river is lovely!"
