There is availability for up to one additional vehicle in the unassigned lot but availability there is not guaranteed. The oceanfront pool is heated seasonally in the Winter for added comfort. Directly across the street from Seawinds Condominiums is a Publix which is the perfect spot for groceries and beach necessities. In the same plaza as Publix is a Beall's outlet, Dollar Tree, a Chinese restaurant, Sunrise Grill and Pizza, and a 7-11\. Also directly across the street is a Dunkin' Donuts. Within quick walking distance of the condo are restaurants such as Sunny Side Up, Absolutely CheeZee, The Dog Hut, Hanky Panky's Lounge, Beach Side Brew Pub, Stavro's, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants. Step into this oceanfront paradise and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders! An oceanfront living room greets as you as you walk through the door equipped with a Smart TV. The dining table awaits you between the living room and kitchen allowing for oceanfront views while you dine. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beach-side meals including both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The oceanfront primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled walk-in shower and garden tub. The guest bedroom holds a queen bed with an adjacent full bathroom. This bathroom includes a remodeled walk-in shower. Step onto your private balcony and into your secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony affords you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony includes both lounge furniture and chairs allowing guests to enjoy time together while surrounded by the sound of waves crashing into the shore below. Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. The unit was flooded and we were directed to another condo in Daytona Beach Shores. Ocean’s Luxury Vacations arranged it for us and it was wonderful. We’ve been coming there for 10 years, but stay at different units. The unit had updated showers, but the sinks and garden tub need to be replaced. The toilet in guest bathroom needs to be replaced. The height of the counters in the bathroom are so low. My husband is tall and had to kneel down in order to wash his face. In the instructions prior to arrival appeared very strict - only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 trash bag itc, but that was not the case. We had to ask several times for 2 parking passes as they were not in the unit, but we finally got them 2 days before we left. ##### Maria C.
