The ocean views are stunning and you’ll be so close to the water you’ll feel like you’re sitting in the sand even while comfortably watching the brand new 65” smart T.V. in the living area. All the interior walls on the lower level were removed to create a completely open floorplan, allowing stunning ocean views to permeate the entire lower level. Stare at the ocean from anywhere in the kitchen while you prepare food on the 8-foot island with beautiful quartz countertops all without missing a moment with your family. The extra windows afforded a corner unit provide tons of natural light. If you like to enjoy the ocean view up close with a warm ocean breeze, then relax on the large wrap around balcony found only on a corner unit. Nothing has been left out when it comes to amenities: high-end stainless steel appliances including a brand-new fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and wine fridge, with an electric stove and Keurig completing the fully equipped kitchen. New quartz countertops including a waterfall edge over the 8-foot long island were installed over all brand new top of the line Kraftmaid® cabinets to create an incredible wrap around kitchen. The glass tile backsplash and all new dimmable recessed and under cabinet lighting ties it all together. The lower level has all new flooring and the second level features brand-new carpeting throughout the two on-suite bedrooms. The master includes a king bed, full bath with granite countertops, newly tiled bath/shower combo, and dressing table. The second bedroom is complete with a queen bed, a single bed, and on-suite full bath including newly tiled walk-in shower with pebble stone floor and granite countertops. Both bedrooms provide plenty of closet and drawer space. This luxurious condo comfortably sleeps 2 couples, or a family of up to 5\. The condominium complex offers laundry facilities, an extra wide dedicated parking space, and a beautiful pool that is heated year-round. A pool deck area complete with lawn chairs and tables surrounds the beautiful pool. Whether you like your toes in the water or in the sand, the beach is only a few short steps from the pool deck area. Come and enjoy the vacation you deserve. The location of the condo was perfect. It was in a quiet location, yet still close and central to everything. Being able to sit on the balcony and watch and hear the ocean was sooo relaxing. We even saw a few dolphins, and an amazing rocket launch. The condo is spacious and is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The pool is clean, warm, and just steps away. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming - most were repeat guests. Laura was very responsive. The condo complex was having repair work during our stay. As soon as Laura found out about the work, she informed us and offered us alternatives. If you visit, I recommend taking a short drive to St. Augustine. This condo was just as pictured, and was spotless. The view and proximity to the beach was unreal. Location was perfect for us, close enough to the action, but it was still quite, and private. I never seen more the 4 people at a time on the beach. We loved it, thank you Laura for being a wonderful host! ##### Tony R. We have stayed in several units on Ormond Beach.... at Ormond Ocean and Ormond Holiday, mostly. This was our first time at Bent Palm. All units are similar, but this one supercedes the others. The renovations to the unit are stunning and the extra attention given to comfort didn't go unnoticed. The bedding on all three beds, towels, and throw blankets were all super soft and clean. Of course, the view and easy access to the beach are fantastic as well. Highly recommend! ##### Kristin P. The condo was exactly as advertised and well appointed with everything you needed. We ate lunch out each day and opted to cook dinner in each night. There was plenty of everything in the kitchen to allow us to make meals. There were even some spices in the cabinet, wine opener, and plenty of cookware. No crockpot in case you want to know but everything else!! The view from the balcony was just perfect and it wraps around the side of the living room where you can move your chairs when the sun comes up so it’s not in your eyes. Laura was prompt to respond when I had questions and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the updated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Access to the beach is so easy and unloading / loading was a breeze with the elevator and carts available. Would definitely recommend staying here!! There were even binoculars to watch the dolphins ☺️ The only recommendation I might make is two more chairs for the deck as we had four adults but we just used our extra beach chairs. ##### Shannon H.
