Bring the whole family to this 1860 sq ft Oceanfront Condo with plenty of room for fun. Watch beautiful sunrises from the spacious deck. Enjoy the no-drive beach with beach chairs, an umbrella, spikeball, boogie boards, 10x10 tent to set up on the beach and more. Spend the day at the heated pool, which is open year-round. When inside, enjoy fun with the crew playing pool in our game room, playing a variety of board games provided, or using the shuffleboard or cornhole equipment found in the garage. The well-equipped kitchen and coffee bar make it easy to prepare snacks and meals on the go. All the rooms in the condo offer beautiful views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. From the guest bedroom, you have spectacular views of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. The lot next door is vacant, and then Tom Renick Park has a play area for the youngins and a lifeguard on duty at the ocean. The unit was designed with an open concept, leaving the wall of the third bedroom open and making it into a game room. The place feels like a home rather than a hotel room. It is designed to allow space to enjoy the company of friends and family. It is our home away from home. We are moving to VRBO from a competitor beginning with AIR and we can not bring our reviews but the latest reviews are attached below. All the reviews for the unit have been 5-star: The bedrooms are furnished with king and en-suite bathrooms. The game room has two twin beds and a bathroom. This oceanfront condo was absolutely perfect for our getaway! From the moment we booked, Tom was an exceptional host—his communication was clear, friendly, and super responsive, making the whole process effortless. The condo itself is truly a gem. The views of the ocean are breathtaking and exactly as pictured, if not better. We spent so much time on the balcony just enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the sunrise. The unit was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in Ormond Beach is ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to local attractions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend staying here. Thanks, Tom, for sharing your beautiful home with us! My brother and I stayed here for a festival taking place in Daytona. It was nice being away from the busy areas and having somewhere to relax. The place was larger and more spacious than I expected and would certainly return with more people and utilize all the space. July This stay felt like home. The kitchen had everything for cooking. -. My 10 and 11-year-olds asked me why we didn’t stay longer. They were excited about the pool being 7 feet deep! We were able to see dolphins from the balcony each morning. The views are exactly as the pictures described and the condo is even bigger! Tom is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Very easy beach access and the unit comes with everything you could possibly imagine! It had every cooking utensil, plenty of plates cups and everything you need! And the unit also has access to beach chairs, some sun shade(easy up type of overhead shade) and everything else you need to have a lovely time at the beach. The pool was very relaxing and everyone staying there was super friendly. If you are reading this review and debating on coming here for a stay, you must come!! The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking and the Ormond area has plenty of things to do and great restaurants. There is a fantastic ice cream shop within walking distance that has free putt putt golf and a giant connect 4 game. The Publix grocery store is a short walk. Overall, this an exceptional place. Great for families. The kids loved the pool table and just sitting on the balcony enjoying the views. The massive table is such a blessing for families to share a meal or play board games in the evenings! The owners treated us like family and we highly recommend anyone to come here and stay!
