Maximum of 3 people in this unit. Renter must be atleast 23 years old per Condo Association Rules. No roads to cross! Located on the beach! This is a 2nd floor studio with private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Located directly on the beach, brand new queen size Murphy bed, which has a memory gel mattress. Futon opens up to a full size bed. Use it as a comfy couch with the ottoman, or slide the ottoman under for extra room. Or put it flat to make a full size bed. On site parking, WIFI, cable TV, and phone service included. Small pool on property. Pets are NOT allowed.NO SMOKING in the units. Kitchen has just been remodeled. Self check-in with key-pad. This unit has direct beach front views and is 389 sq ft. The building has wooden steps to the beach directly in front of this unit. Whether you look left, right, or straight ahead the ocean is what you see. Don’t be fooled by misleading ads. There is a limited number of units in the building (12) that have balconies that directly face the ocean, and this is one of them! Don’t be disappointed, If comparing listings, always ask if the unit is DIRECT VIEW OCEANFRONT. Why look at the ocean from a side balcony, when you can rent the real thing! Beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, and a beach umbrella are included in unit for your exclusive use. 10x10 canopy available upon request(stored off property). In addition to cable tv, Netflix, Prime channels, and Pandora available. We intend to maintain or surpass the high standards of the previous owners, and provide the best rental experience possible! We don’t utilize a property management company. We want your experience to be personal and perfect, so we are directly involved in all aspects of our rental property. Jim was an excellent host. The studio included everything needed for spending a day on the beach. Jim let us know the Falcon 9 rocket was to launch from Cape Canaveral Friday evening. The owners left nothing out! They even left us an anniversary surprise. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I have never stayed anywhere that you were literally this close to the beach. It was clean and comfy and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We will absolutely be back. The studio was clean and modern with everything furnished and then some. We actually would not have had to bring anything except our clothes! There was extra of everything from toiletries, to a fully furnished kitchen with lots of spices and other condiments, gourmet coffee, a bag of candy waiting for us and a bottle of Spanish wine. We have never used a pull-down bed, but it turned out to be quite nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine or our coffee in the morning, gazing out at the beautiful beach and ocean. The property was very quiet and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. I could go on and on about the amenities but the review would be way too long! We have already booked a third stay. And a fourth. The apartment is beautiful, squeaky clean, and beautifully appointed. The Murphy bed is easy to operate and has a deliciously comfortable mattress. There are plenty of reviews - ours included - that rave about the perfect beachfront location and the incomparable view of the sunrise. Beyond that, it's impossible to say enough about our gracious hosts. Jim and Sonya have thought of everything, and packed every bit of it into a charming and efficient space. They are easy to reach by text, respond immediately, and will make you feel like you are their absolute favorite guests. We have already booked our eighth, ninth and 10th stay. We love this place, and I am trying to think of what else I can say about it that I haven't already said. Exactly as described, you walk outside and are right on the beach. Or, you can look at the beach from your private balcony. Or, if the day is a little bit too chilly for walking on the beach, you can just sit on the couch and look at a splendid view of the ocean from two large windows. Jim and Sonya are delightful hosts. Every time we are here, we find another pleasant surprise they have added to make this property even better than it needs to be. This year, it was a supply of “emergency sweatshirts. It’s got a Murphy bed (with a great mattress), and in the daytime, when the bed is up, you’ve got a comfortable living room with a view you won’t believe. The kitchen is tiny, but pretty and functional, and stocked with stuff it probably hadn’t occurred to you to pack and you wish you had. But seriously, it’s about the view. The space includes a nice balcony – again, with the amazing view – where you are likely to spend much of your time when you are not on the beach itself, which is right in front of you. The building itself is a vintage treat, like those old motels where your grandmother used to stay, and it’s nicely maintained. We have been coming here for several years, and we have been pleased to see the energy with which management is constantly making little upgrades and cosmetic improvements. It is probably the smallest building on the beach, which is simply wonderful.
