Orlando, St. Augustine, Disney, Jacksonville and Cape Canaveral and the Space Center are all around an hour's drive. You might see dolphins from the balcony in the morning; the pool is also shaded in the late afternoon if the kiddos need to get out of the sun for awhile. The property was fantastic! The view from the balcony was amazing, great place to have coffee and watch dolphins in the morning! Can't say enough about these fabulous condominium. The view is absolutely fantastic! Everything you could possibly need is right there (and then some). This is our second year to spend there and we have already booked it again for next April for another fabulous three weeks. Always hate to leave when our time is up, but there is always next year. There are many wonderful restaurants close by, and close enough to Disney World, the Daytona 500, and Kennedy Space Center to enjoy a day of sightseeing. Also in walking distance of a great new Publix Grocery Store. You don't have to want for anything while you are staying in this condominium at this perfect location. Can't wait to go back next year. It is a beautiful condo, appointed with everything you need. It was wonderful watching the sun rise with a nice cup of coffee and watching the dolphins play. The view is spectacular. I HAVE BEEN TO THIS CONDO 3 TIMES OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, AND IT ONLY GETS BETTER. RECENT RENOVATIONS SUCH AS NEW FURNITURE & FLOORING ARE BEAUTIFUL. What a great place! Everything you need right there. View is unbelievable and one year there were sea turtle nests being protected by tape.
