Have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a extra bathroom outside. In the Living Room have a sofa w/a full size pullout bed.
The Beach House provides with basic beach items - chairs, bodyboards, towels, toys, umbrella, coolers, etc.
There is an inside laundry room and a one car garage that will fit 4 motorcycles.

Perfect location for bike week

This property is very clean and has everything you would need to make your stay very comfortable, they also provide beach chairs, umbrella, towels and toys for the kids…the only thing I would wish is that they would take as much care of the outdoor as they do in the inside, because the backyard needs some work to make it more attractive and makes you want to spend time outside, the walk to the beach was very easy

The home was clean and inviting. Everyone had plenty of space. Backyard and bonus outside bathroom was fantastic! Far enough away from the main drag that we were able to enjoy the ocean and amenities. Publix being within walking distance was another bonus! We would love to stay again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, pretty home. It has all the conveniences needed to enjoy the beach and surrounding areas. We were in town for a family birthday celebration and to attend a Nascar race. Easy access to both venues. The property is convenient to the beach (public beach parking nearby or, just a short walk across A1A). The hosts have chairs for the beach (and beach toys for kids). The hosts were very easy to contact and quick to provide welcome information. I definitely recommend this property.

Just what we expected!

The location of the property was exactly what we were hoping for. We were just outside of Daytona Beach with the convenience of the beach a few minutes walking distance away. Near local restaurants and stores. The property was as pictured and met all of our needs. AC was great. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of toiletry. Washer and dryer. Absolutely loved this beach house, easy walk to the beach and is stocked with everything you would need for your stay! Super clean and homie, the backyard makes for a great night with friends and family! Definitely recommend this place for a week trip especially if you’re wanting to be close to the water!
