Aufenthalt sehr geärgert hat, das die Klimaanlage tagsüber, wo kein Gast im Hotel ist zur Verfügung stand und Abends, wenn die Hotelgäste kommen ausgeschaltet wurde. Selbst nach meiner Anfrage, wurde dies ignoriert. Ich habe mich für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine Klimaanlage auf der Homepage anbietet. Dann im Hochsommer ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoß zu haben, ohne Klimaanlage, das finde...

We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Moc hezky hotel zvenci i uvnitr, vsude cisto a teplo, nic nam nechybelo, a vyuzili jsme i privatni wellness, bylo levne. Nedaleko byla sjezdovka, na niz jsme dosli v klidu pesky, v hotelu pak susarna s moznosti uskladneni snowboardu. Komunikace s pani spravcovou byla vyborna."

"Beautiful building and big room, but extremely outdated. Old dirty carpet and no air conditioning in the rooms. They give you a tiny desk fan. Extremely hot. For a "modern" hotel to not have ac is a crime. We were cooking in our room. Very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is good. Nice pool. Food from their restaurants sucked."

"Enjoyable and comfortable stay while attending Smetana Festival. Very clean comfortable family run hotel. Spacious bedroom and bathroom Very helpful and friendly staff. Appreciated the many artworks displayed in room and throughout the hotel, unexpected bonus! Only downside was there is no lift and although I had no difficulty managing stairs to third floor, not ideal with luggage."
