Windsor Palm Resort Top Floor 2BR Disney Area
Unparalleled Location ! This famous resort is situated in a GUARD GATED COMMUNITY. This 3rd floor unit provides a split 2 bedrooms/2 full bathroom floor plan. It is snowbirds' favorite. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. a full size washer/dryer are in the laundry room. Master BR displays a full set of NEW BRANDED furniture. The 2nd BR has A full size bed & a twin size bed that could be 3 guests. Living room is adjacent to screened balcony by a glass door where is a perfect place to relax.
The unit provides internet, TV cable ( one TV in living room, one TV in Master BR ) Valet Trash collection, and community has various amenities: Heated Olympic-sized pool, Hot tub, Kiddie pool, Sun deck, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Clubhouse with an onsite convenience store, Business center, Tiki Bar, Gaming arcade, Movie theater, Ping Pong table, fitness center, Kiddie playground, BBQ and other scenic spots. Excellent Location : only 3 miles to newly built Margaritaville where you could go shopping, Dinning, only 2.5 miles to Walmart and only 2.5 miles to the entrance of Disney World and to major highways like I4, 429 417 and 192.
There is strict access rule in the resort. If you have two cars, please inform the names of drivers in the different cars separately in advance.
