Never Ever Again
The Majority of staff that work on this property are rude and impolite. My sister arrived the day after me and she was not allowed to use the pool ! I was scolded by a elderly women who yelled at me "no guests are allowed there at pool, no guests! I in fact booked this trip for two people! The woman in welcome center that assisted me the day before was smiling and polite, very friendly. I let her know the other guest would be arriving next day and she said it was not a problem.
Lets talk about property staff at the front gate. A young black women who decided to treat me like I was in her military squadron. Rudely stern and would not offer the help I needed. She instead told me to pull around to other side of gate and figure it out. I had family staying on this same property so I called them for the help I needed. Family came down to the front gate found me and tried to talk to same security officer female and she was just point blank rude no help what so ever all she snapped at us was you wont get internet at the gate. We were trying to bring up my email with reservation info
The pool was over crowded was not a good experience.
I want to make it clear that the vacation company I booked through were professional, polite and most of all helpful. They helped with every question I had and even texted me clear directions of what I needed.
