The home was adequately clean, although it was not the same property that we had rented according to the pictures. It was the same set up so we were fine with it. There were a few minor issues, but when we called and spoke to Jessica, she was super friendly and they were addressed quickly. We paid for the heated pool and we did not use it until the second day, and it was very cold. Someone came out and adjusted the temp, but then it was too hot. It felt more like a hot tub and we couldn't stay in it very long at all. We had small children and it was just too hot. Other than that, the resort pool and waterpark area was nice. The waterpark area and slide were very cold, but the main pool was comfortable. Three bedrooms, a small private pool, plus a community pool were great to have. The unit was listed ass sleeping 8, but there was no pullout sofa so it only slept 6\. It was understocked with plates and utensils. The towels looked old and dingy, and one was wet as if it had been used upon our arrival.
