Upon arrival we noticed that the oven was wrapped in blue painters tape & the oven door eventually fell off. Next we went into the house and checked all of the bed & bath rooms , a clogged sink was in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Further on , after putting frozen items in the freezer , we noticed the freezer would not get cold enough to keep frozen items frozen. In our living area, we noticed an unusual amount of pet hair behind the grey table under the mirror & many other hair findings around the house. Our pool area had grass growing around the swimming pool , and the swimming pool was very dirty. Lots of bugs,hair, etc. Upon departure, we were checking our rooms to make sure we have everything , in room 9, we discovered something that looked like dog waste. In our 15-20 years of vacationing we have never had a house/stay like this, we were left very unsatisfied.
