LIVING ROOM The living room has two sofas and a large 50" wall mounted TV and DVD player. Behind the sofa are sliding doors leading to the pool area. PARKING There is room for 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway. Additional parking is availabe on the street in the designated parking areas outlined with white lines. POOL AREA Popular by everyone is the outdoor area. The pool area has an over sized deck with large pool, hot tub/spa and water fall features. Enjoy al fresco dining with a table that seats 6 complete with ceiling fan. There are 6 sun loungers too for soaking up the rays! A children's pool safety fence. \* The pool in this home can be heated on request and is an optional extra. It can be heated for a minimum of 5 consecutive days ($175 plus tax) and the cost for heat is $35 for each night plus tax. If during the course of your stay, you decide to purchase pool heat, then there is an additional charge to cover the cost of sending out a technician to activate the system which is $40\. Pool heat is recommended October-April. \* Pool heat is set to 88 F (if there is a hot tub 100-102 F) and runs from 7am - 11pm. \* Please request at least 1 week prior to arrival. This is a great house and has a nice backyard with no houses behind it. The home is very large and well stocked with most things you will need. My only hesitation in giving it a five star rating is because of a few minor things: only one hair dryer in the six bedroom/five bathroom house that can sleep 19, some of the towels looked like they could use some bleach, and we had to pay extra for the use of a BBQ - when you're paying that much to rent a house, the BBQ should really be included. Otherwise it's a fantastic house in a quiet neighbourhood close to shopping and restaurants. The lack of pool heat honestly kind of ruined it for me. They did end up refunding the money to me but still, I honestly tried to get it on before we ever came. There were no guests before us so me paying for them to come out the day before should have not been an issue at all. Mattresses in all the rooms are horrible. If you are going to have constant visitors then they should invest in good mattresses. #2\. Get clean white towels. It is not expensive to go to Walmart and upgrade towels. #3\. They need some new sheets and blankets, the extras in the closet are not nice #4\. There is a glass dining table so they had place mats that were dirty. I actually bought new ones and left them on the table. #5\. Beach towels.. they said they had 15\. Horrible.. again why not get 15 nice beach towels, all the same. #6\. We paid for a heated pool , it weather was warm while we were there. Our family of 15 had a good overall experience, though there were some issues. Pros: • The house was large and beautiful, offering ample space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time together. • The resort's location was convenient for accessing local attractions and amenities. • Despite some problems, we had a great time and appreciated the communal areas for family activities. Cons: • Noticeable stains on the carpet affected the home's overall cleanliness. • The couches showed significant wear and tear, making them less comfortable and visually appealing. • We experienced water leaks from the ceiling during showers, which was quite inconvenient. • The foosball table lacked a ball, which was disappointing. • The pool had leaves, small bugs, and some green algae, making swimming less enjoyable. • A hole in the pool screen allowed lizards to enter. While entertaining for the kids, it was unpleasant for the adults. • The garbage disposal didn’t work, and the maintenance staff, who spoke little English, couldn't fix it. • The laundry room sign indicated 15 pool towels, but we only found 13\. We bought extra towels to avoid the $25 per towel fee. • The clubhouse was closed more often than open, especially during rainy weather. Despite these cons, we had a memorable vacation. This location and the customer service was fine, but the cleanliness of the house was not great. If they replaced the dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, change the carpet and painted the walls this house would be great. The pictures are definitely dated so in order to uphold full transparency I would recommend the agency updating the pictures of the house so people who are renting it from out of state know what they are coming into. ##### Kayla J. In order to use the pool and hot tub attached to the house it’s an additional fee. Club house additional fee. No working dishwasher, washer and dryer. We literally did 4 towels and swim wear and it too 3 times to dry that little load. Host is rude and unprofessional. They don’t answer messages. Had to buy our own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, trash bags. Trash was not picked up daily and had a possum in our trash who made a mess everywhere, yet we had to clean that up. So 4 kids and 4 adults were to share 1 roll of toilet paper & not use the pool/spa. Sony waste your money!! ##### Michelle M. There was plenty of space and the rooms were huge! It was awesome that all of our kids had a separate bathroom. The property manager responded promptly to all my questions. Disney parks were about 25 minutes. Hot tub and heated pool were wonderful. (Extra charge for heated pool). There were 13 beach towels and plenty of bath towels. Loved the lazy river and the kids loved the slide at the community pool, which was two blocks away. Greenway property managers were very helpful and probably the best property managers I ever had!.
