Welcome to our luxurious private waterfront oasis. The pool area is directly South West facing and it is in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort, just around the corner from Disney and other main attractions. Located off the famous US 192 tourist corridor, the visitors find themselves surrounded by every amenity imaginable. Restaurants, groceries, big box stores, souvenir shops and a host of other businesses and activities are within a mile or two of our vacation home. Not to mention that you’re on the door steps to the Disney theme parks.
As you drive up through the winding, palm lined road with the colonnaded entry, you will be amazed at the dramatic entrance to this gated enclave. Once through the front gates, you will feel as if you have entered a special preserve...Emerald Island is surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. It is just the beginning of the grandeur that awaits you at our home!

Our luxury home consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The pool area provides unobstructed private breathtaking views of the lake and conservation area which is rich in wild life. The huge covered lanai has been furnished to pamper your family and friends under the warm Florida sun. This home has been updated in 2021 from every angle, including; brand new carpets, interior & exterior paint, smart TVs in every bedroom, 75" Smart Samsung 4k TV in the game room, 65" Smart 4K TV in the family room, Outdoor 55” Smart 4K TV, Electronic theater seats, modern furniture throughout, Blue tooth enabled Video Arcades containing over a thousand games, Custom Pro Line Pool Table with 1" slate and much more! We carefully chose every item for this house in order to make it our dream vacation home.
The bedrooms consist of 4 king suites with their own full baths. One master bedroom is located on the first floor offering a large full bathroom with a separate shower, double vanity, large Jacuzzi tub & a large walk in closet. The first floor Master also has 8 feet sliders, allowing you to wake up to your private view of the pool, lake and conservation area.

We haven’t forgotten about the most important members of the family. Specially designed Star Wars and Disney Princess theme rooms await the kids. The Star Wars room includes 2 twin custom star wars beds ,A giant Darth Vader Fat Head 3D wall sticker and other Star Wars decorations will really get the kids excited for this vacation experience. The princess room has a fullsize bottom bunk, top single bunk and a trundle…being able to sleep up to 4 kids. This room is also decorated with the princess theme in mind and includes custom 4 feet wooden Princess “standies”.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the vacationer in mind, ensuring that it feels like a true get away. We know how important a good cup of coffee is to start your day. With that in mind, the large Keurig is available for the coffee pod users and a coffee grinding machine for the true connoisseur. All appliances are new 2020 black stainless-steel models that will make you feel pampered. From the waffle maker, to the crock pot, you will find everything that you will need to prepare delicious meals.
The lanai leads out to the southwest facing luxury pool, which is one of the largest swimming pools in the entire area. The pool area faces directly southwest which gives the back pool/lanai area full sun all day! Our pool and spa have been freshly resurfaced, emitting a vivid turquoise color. At night the pool \ spa can perform different light shows...it has been equipped with special LED light color wheel. There is abundant seating under the lanai for a large group of people. This includes a wicker sofa set that has a sofa, coffee table and 2 single chairs. There is also a matching bar table with six stools and a custom cabana that can accommodate several people. We also have lounge chairs for the sun worshippers as the pool area is directly Southwest facing and never void of the Florida sun.

After a long day of enjoying the neighboring Disney theme parks or any of the numerous other activities that Central Florida has to offer, it’s time for quality family time. Discuss the adventures of the day during dinner on the expansive 108” dining table that comfortably seats 10. Enjoy a night time dip or swim laps in the massive heated color changing pool. Perhaps, just close your eyes in the spa and let the hot water jets relax your muscles in the privacy of your oasis. The soothing acoustics of the surrounding nature adds another element to your relaxation. Take a siesta in the outdoor custom cabana or watch a movie under the stars on the outdoor cable ready Smart 4K TV.

Perhaps the highlight to your day will be to wind down with the family in our newly designed game \ theater room. Challenge yourself to a game of billiards or play one of the thousand plus video games on the Multi Game Video Arcades. You may want to gather the family and end the day watching a movie on the 75” 4k Smart TV. However, it wouldn’t be perfect unless you could watch the movie in one of the super comfortable motorized leather theater seats.

Emerald Island Resort is a 24 hour Security gated community offering many amenities to its guests including; Tennis \ Basketball \ Volleyball courts, fitness center, Tiki Bar, Business center, outdoor pools, kiddie parks and walking trails.

Below are some of the things we have put into practice as part of EVERY clean:

The cleaning staff will be focused on high traffic areas, wiping down each surface with a recommended cleaner.

-Cleaners will pay particular attention to door and Drawer handles and door keypads, etc. as the virus can easily be spread on these surfaces.

-We have installed a dispenser for hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes in each home and adding ” Best Practices signage”

-All guests will be using disposable cloths and paper towels as much as possible.
