The TV’s weren’t working, there weren’t enough towels, linens, or toilet paper. They wanted to charge you extra for all these other things (like having the pool and hot tub preheated) but failed to provide the basics that made the home enjoyable. We were so frustrated by the experience that we decided to cut our stay short and leave after one day. We would not stay here again. ##### Olivia W.
