The location is perfect—close to everything and very convenient. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip. The staff were nice and polite. The property is outdated. The rooms are clean, but they need to be renovated, and they musty unless the AC is set to a cold temperature. The beds are very uncomfortable. No blankets offered at all. We paid super low prices for a last minute christmas-new year break room the better part of the week and got a room that was okay. My only complaint is the water was weird and stinking, and the room doesn't have any place to set a suitcase on or any hangers. The lights were working but in very inconvenient places. When I made reservations. It stated that it was a pet friendly hotel. The property is a little dirty, some roaches, room was clean, but the bath tub was full of mold. I don’t know what crossed for my mind and why I end up on paying… the room smelled bad, like cigarettes all the time.. we paid for 5 nights and only stayed 1, I lose my money and it was a big lesson… I can’t say not even one good thing, the bathroom cleanliness was not confident.. we didn’t want to shower there. Bottom line.. for vacationing and shopping I would never recommend it.. Room was dirty, leak in the bathroom, door handle was coming out,I came with kids, so I requested an another room. I was told they are fully booked. I was told that someone would come and clean the room the next day, that never happened. So I had to book another room with another hotel and took my wife and kids out of this mess.
