Under the Sea Villa is ready to welcome you and your family to our well-appointed 5 bed/ 5 bath pool villa in the luxurious Windsor Hills gated community, just 2 miles from Disney property and close to shopping and amenities. We have everything you need for a magical vacation! FIVE BEDROOMS Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, making multi-family and generational trips a breeze with enough privacy and shower space to get everyone ready for the day. There are two master King suites on the lower floor, as well as one Queen suite. Upstairs is a second Queen room and a space for the kids in our Little Mermaid themed room with a Twin bed, Twin bunks and a Twin trundle. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan so you can sleep comfortably at night. POOL/ SPA Unwind after a long day at the parks in your own private pool and spa with complementary heat. The property is graded up from the rear neighbors so that you will have privacy behind you. Or, you could always watch a movie in the converted theater room with comfy recliners arranged in stadium seating. KITCHEN Our newly-redone kitchen (2021) features a beautiful gourmet Quartz countertop and stylish new black stainless steel, energy-efficient appliances. It is well-appointed with everything you need to prepare meals for the family and the pass-through window with open concept lets you keep an eye on the rest of the house. WINDSOR HILLS COMMUNITY While you’re here, take full advantage of the Windsor Hills community zero depth-entry pool, kid splash play area, water slides, 48 seat private movie theater, sundries shop, fitness center, and arcade all included in your stay. The largest of the three community playgrounds is only a five minute walk away and is perfect for the kids to burn off energy! The resort also features tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, and putting greens. You will feel more than secure in this gated community with a 24/7 manned guard gate. Home layout: First floor: fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook (seats 6), dining room (seats 8), living room, 2 King masters with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets, Queen master, theater room, outdoor pool and spa Second floor: Queen master, Kid room with twin over twin bunk bed, trundle, and twin. Please note, our home can comfortably sleep 10 adults. The sizes of the mattresses on the top bunk and trundle are more suitable for children. Amenities include: Full washer and dryer and ironing facilities Equipped kitchen with stainless fridge, stove/ oven, dishwasher and small appliances: coffee makers (pot and Keurig), electric kettle, toaster, blender, electric skillet Baby supplies: high chair, pack and play, umbrella stroller, double stroller All linens as well as pool towels provided Note: This is a self-catering home. Guests will need to provide any tissue, toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwashing and laundry soap they will need beyond what is provided in a complementary starter pack. 2022 updates: brand new washer and dryer 2024: New 75 inch TV in living room, House rules: • No house parties allowed, per HOA rules. The villa is nicely decorated and well looked after.The kitchen is fully equiped with many appliances and a generous supply of all kitchen needs. The bedrooms are big, bright and airy. There is a generous supply of linens throughout. The pool and spa are ideal to relax in with the lanae giving respite from the sun which the pool gets for a large part of the day. We have a 1 year old and there was a cot, highchair and other baby equipment available for us to use. Windsor Hills is an ideal location being close to the 192 and the I4 for access to Disney and other attractions. The communal facilities were a bonus especially the gym and the childrens pool and play park. Kaitlyn was a pleasure to deal with from booking the villa to any queries I had. She replied quickly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Few suggestion- For longer stay, need to include more accessories like toilet tissues, trash bags, dish washing detergent.. Also need covers for dining table chairs… Really enjoyed our stay here. Good open gathering space downstairs for our party of 10\. Theater room was fun for watching big games and a movie. Resort amenities are within walking distance of house and would be even better with more cooperative weather. Proximity to Disney parks was fantastic! Highly recommend. ##### Jennifer S. Check-in was easy. Owners were responsive to questions. The Windsor Hills location offers many services and is very close to Disney as well as many restaurants. The home was perfect. It had plenty of space and rooms for my daughters and their friends. The appliances were up to date and the kids really enjoyed the pool and the access to the public pool. I have stayed at many rental homes in my life and this one was by far the best equipped. There were so many things most places don’t think about that make your trip easier- plenty of laundry baskets and hangers, hair dryers in the rooms, every kitchen item you could ever think of (there’s even an electric skillet and crock pot). If you plan to cook, this place is for you. At one point I needed a chip clip and thought I found the one thing this home didn’t have, and behold I found four in the cupboard! The theatre room was a huge hit and it was so helpful being able to do laundry right there. The community pool was super fun for the kids (but crowded by midday- go early to snag a chair) and my daughter loved the castle playground nearby. We went to Disney parks 2 days and had no issues with the short drive. I will never go back to a Disney resort after experiencing the convenience and amenities of having a whole house. It’s in a great location- so close to stores, restaurants and fun things to do. And we loved all the different amenities of the community as well. The kids loved playing at the playgrounds within the community and had so much fun swimming and playing in the arcade at the community clubhouse. The private pool and hot tub were great and the theater room in the house was a lot of fun for our family. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked.
