The Villa This fully air-conditioned villa comfortably sleeps eight people (on recent quality mattresses) in four bedrooms, each with its own closet. (We don't use a sofa bed to increase capacity). Three double bedrooms (2 Twins, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) and the main bath (sink, toilet, tub w/shower) are located on one side of the home, while the master bedroom (King Double Pillow-Top Mattress) with ensuite (sink, toilet, large walk-in shower with direct access to the lanai) and walk-in closet is located on the other side of the home. You’ll find the kitchen well-equipped with quality appliances, cutlery and cookware for family meals, far beyond the typical area vacation home standards. Quality furniture, electronics, and games room allow you to enjoy your vacation in carefree style. The open layout home encourages everyone sharing and enjoying their time together, while the four bedrooms allow them to retreat to their own private space when desired. And the pool… Oh, the pool! The pool at Breezy Oak Villa is truly a piece-of-heaven on earth. Enjoy relaxing in the 89º degree water, listening to tropical birds in the forest beyond, serenading you as your troubles float away on a gentle Florida breeze. One of our first guests described Breezy Oak Villa as the most relaxing place he’s ever been on vacation. It truly is! The lounge opens out to the Lanai (covered deck) which overlooks the professionally maintained South and East facing pool, completely covered by a screen enclosure to keep out insects and debris. A separate entrance gives access to the pool from the master bath. Jump out of the pool and into the shower to warm up and rinse off! Amazing Privacy Unlike most vacation homes, Breezy Oak Villa provides true privacy! The Villa has no rear neighbors, and it has practically no SIDE neighbors as well! See photographs. The pool is surrounded by a landscaped yard, bordered by tropical forest. The villa surrounds the pool and lanai on the other two sides. No one will be watching you in your pool, and you won't be looking at them in theirs either! No barking dogs, obnoxious or noisy neighbors to bother you... just the sounds of nature and your own family splashing in the clear water of your very private pool under the warm Florida sun! (As you study vacation rentals, pay close attention to the proximity of neighbors to the pool enclosure, especially on the side of the home. You’ll discover that a ‘private’ pool usually isn’t so private after all, even at homes without rear neighbors.) Security and Convenience Amenities like Fibre-Optic Internet and Streaming TV, with Hi-Speed Wifi, a video library of kids and family movies, X-Box console, TVs in every bedroom, an AIR CONDITIONED games room with a quality slate pool table and full-size air hockey, provide hours of fun for our guests. Even though the home is located in a very safe area, we take the security and comfort of our guests seriously. Emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, pool safety alarms, smoke detectors, remote monitored alarm system, CCTV cameras monitoring the exterior front and sides (only) of the home, electronic door locks and automatic patio door closers, along with remote-monitored heating, A/C, hot water, electrical, internet, pool pump and heating, mean we can promptly provide service if needed (often before guests are aware of an issue). Location Just outside of the tourist zone around Disney World, Breezy Oak Villa provides privacy and safety for your family, in an area where you can enjoy an evening stroll by the lake, and your kids can play outside unattended. There are no gates at the entrance of Thousand Oaks – we don’t need them! The best way to be safe in the Orlando area is to stay in a very safe area. On most evenings you can hear the fireworks going off at Epcot from our doorstep! You can drive from the villa to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom (at the far north end of the Disney resort) in less than 15 minutes! We very much enjoyed our stay at Breezy Oak. We loved the privacy of the backyard and pool area- it was just what we were looking for! This house was close to all amenities and attractions, but far enough away that it offered a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood vibe. The house had all needed items and supplies, which made it much easier for us, as we were traveling the week prior to arriving at the house. Everyone slept well and commented that the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property rental (or one of the other two homes) to our friends and family, and plan to stay again! Teens loved the disco pool lights during nighttime swims. Great kitchen space with eating space at the bar or dining table. So comfortable...fit us well 3 adults and 3 teen boys. One of if not thee best place we’ve ever stayed on holiday. The villa was fantastic both inside and out as detailed by the owners , lots of room inside , everything working , all clean and very well presented . Obviously the jewel in the crown for this property was the pool and yes just like it was detailed on the website the privacy around the pool is unreal , absolutely no neighbours on either side or directly opposite , absolutely totally private . The privacy coming from lush tree’s all around and a very well kept back garden giving lots of natural wildlife sounds throughout day and evening . The overall location of Thousand Oaks community is absolutely idyllic also with a lovely huge lake welcoming you just before the turn for breezy oaks street amongst what looked like most peoples own homes Shows that the area is well looked after . The people next door who live there were very polite and civi giving even more of a feel of comfort ability . Would go back in the blink of an eye . Great place !!! In terms of Disney parks it’s so close , think it only took us 20 mins one day to get to magic kingdom and that was with busy traffic on Interstate 4 , Universal about 30 mins away all easily reached by car , not that many turn offs or different roads to take . This was our second stay at BOV and we felt right at home. Our kids consider it our second house in Florida! We have recommended your villa to several friends that are considering a vacation to the area. The villa is located close to many of the main attractions in central FL and is a short drive to either the East or West coast for a day at the beach. The online reservation process, arrival information and check out information is very well put together and very detailed. We love the area and the villa and plan on returning again! We loved having the freedom to be on our own schedule, to visit more attractions than just Disney, and to keep the food budget in check. Robert provides exceptional service from before booking to during the stay, and even a follow-up after checking-out. The process was super simple and the expectations were very clear. The villa is very nice and the pool is fantastic! Be sure to take an evening just to let the kids swim!!! Got in later than anticipated (arrived at the property around 9/10pm) It was fantastic. Spent the week relaxing with plenty of space for the four of us, from playing in the pool to exploring Orlando and Tampa (the property is well placed to miss a good portion of traffic). The property is back from main roads, and gives plenty of privacy, and quiet (which was greatly appreciated after a day of exploring). Also worth mentioning, is the property is well within range of of stores for groceries and in case you forget anything (which we did), making this stay the easiest part of the stay! ##### Daniel K. The villa is so spacious inside around all areas. Lounge area and kitchen area especially has so much room. All the rooms are so big also there is still plenty of room even with everyone’s individual cases and then the number of souvenir carrier bags with toys in etc two good size bathrooms also. However the jewel in the crown here has to be the outdoor pool and surrounding area . It is completely private on all sides due to the lush trees and garden area that accompanies the pool area . It’s so great to just relax in privacy , also listening to the sounds of the wildlife in the trees is just sublime. We were so lucky enough to see a small family of raccoons making their way through the trees to their place also.You are only about 20-30mins from Disney parks with about 40 minute journey to universals etc , so close . There is also a public nearby at about 5mins drive together with a pizza take away and Chinese and Mac Donald’s also for any food items . As I said earlier this is our second time here and was our go-to place when looking to book somewhere to stay and will be for whenever we return back to Orlando.Great place to stay , the owners are so easy to contact and to communicate with , clarifying any questions that may have arisen . They even allowed us a late check out to help us out with our late flight going home.Just get this place booked up you’ll love it ##### Rob C. While looking for accommodations for a trip to Orlando I stumbled on the Breezy Oak website and it seemed like an ideal spot. I still had some trepidation about the claims being made until we arrived and discovered every thing was as advertised - plus. Location was perfect with everything you need close by but without the traffic hassles. Attractions we wanted to visit in Orlando were also very convenient to get to from the villa. It is evident from the welcoming call by Robert when we arrived and the amenities the villa provides that he and Donna are sincere when they say they want your stay to be the utmost enjoyable experience. If the opportunity presents itself we will certainly be back. Layout of the house was nice. House is nice but a little dated. We had a great time. Some slight things to be aware of: the game room/garage will be so hot day and night that people only stay in the so long beige they have to go out. The guy was nice and explained about the issues trying to cool it cool, and we still had fun - but definitely worth noting. The air hockey table was so old a rickety nobody bothered trying to keep playing it after the first 30 seconds- bc it’s so hot anyway, the pick don’t hardly move, and the whole table wobbles so much it’s about to fall over. The pool table was fun-…..BUT! There’s not enough room to play all around the pool table. If the game room is a priority for you - you should consider this. If you don’t care about the game room and the main thing is the pool and the back yard. You will have a blast! We did.
