My best advice to you is to book direct through the resort. You will get the best price, best units, and best service. This particular property owner is very accommodating during the booking process and ghosts you when you have a problem. The A/C in the unit did not work. We were told to move out late at night and placed in a unit that reeked of paint fumes and then moved again to a clearly inferior unit. We requested rate relief given the poor experience due to no fault of our own and have been ghosted ever since. Stay away! ##### Joseph G. The layout of the condo is open and spacious with comfortable furnishings, clean & convenient to the Orange County a convention center. The only thing I would just give a heads up about is the method for trash pick up is not good. Each unit has a deck box with a plastic liner inside for us to empty our trash cans in and the trash sits in the halls for days waiting on the next pick up. I don’t know if this is a weekend thing but that trash needs a better place to be taken. It’s smells nasty in the halls. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. ##### Deb p.
