Beautifully decorated superior location, 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom home inside the premium Storey Lake Resort Community with full resort access included in the advertised rate. No resort fees with us ever! Private pool AND Spa with more than enough space for up to 16 to stay. Storey Lake, Located in one of Orlando's newest resort communities: Less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World!!! NO RESORT FEES with us! Free access to the resort facilities! Shine Villas never charge resort fees! These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more! This brand-new home is (May 2022) a short 2 minute drive from the main resort facilities but coming early in 2023 (possibly sooner!) is a second resort area with Pirate Ship Water Park Area – all included in your stay with Shine Villas! The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily those under 25 or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome! This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stone counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. The large open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV, dropping into the games area or loft space or dipping in and out of the private pool and spa. There are two living room areas. The first living room, the main living room, is right next to the kitchen, and it has an leather couch and large, flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching all you favorite movies. If there’s any fighting over the remote, head to the second ‘Cine’ Loft Area upstairs. Here, you’ll find an L-shape sofa, and another large TV. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at one of three places. You have found YOUR family vacation home – Congratulations!! Downstairs Bedrooms – Floor 1 Bedroom 1\. ‘Blue’. Each bedroom has its own smart TV that can be connected to Wifi to use with your own streaming and free streaming services. Cable is available in the main living area with smart TVs and high speed wifi available in all other rooms. This home has its own private pool and spa / hot tub (heating is available as an optional paid extra) covered outdoor sitting space with outside dining space. Fully equipped laundry and high speed free wi-fi are also included. Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise. Optional pool heat is available for $175 for up to 5 days including tax and $35 per day for additional days after this. Heating can be requested for any length of stay with $175 being the minimum payment (which includes 5 days). We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the winter and spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply. A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options on size and pricing for your stay. A grill is not included. Storey Lake is the perfect setting for building your family memories. World class resort amenities and comforts make the perfect retreat from the convenient access to nearby theme parks, shopping, dining and entertainment. Storey Lake’s amenities make it the premier destination in Orlando. Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances stone counter tops and all the appliances you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable TV, linens and towels as well as a starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going on your self-catered trip. Noteworthy but not exhaustive:- Entrance to Storey Lake is secured by gate and guardhouse. The Hideaway - Clubhouse: There are no fees for clubhouse use (which includes fitness center, resort pool, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, lazy river, tiki bar and ice cream shop!). Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge. Some common questions answered about Storey Lake Resort! \- Are the pools heated year round? Absolutely! All pools and the lazy river are heated all year round! \- What are the pool hours? The pools open at 9 am and close at 9 pm daily. \- What are the minimum height restrictions for the waterslides? Riders must be at least 36 inches tall and only one rider at a time. \- Are there activities at the Resort? Yes and the activities change monthly! Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra? \- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too. \- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close? They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily. \- What time does the Clubhouse open/close? 9 am – 9 pm daily. \- What time does the Fitness Center open/close? 5 am – 12 am daily. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM. ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, verify payment method where applicable, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’). If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Shine villas for saving this vacation. Throughout the week the host was attentive, answering all questions quickly and had thorough instructions from check in and check out. The property itself was very well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and I can see being comfortable even at capacity. Good neighborhood, great location, and nice ammenities, but not without a couple of hiccups. Overall, we'd stay again, but only if they 100% guaranteed they fixed the smoke alarm / fire detector issues. Pros: • Great location! Really close to attractions, grocery stores, shopping, and major roadways. • The number of beds and bathrooms were great. Never felt crowded even with 4 families. • The pool was big, warm, and clean. • The game room was a big hit the the teens! Great addition to the home. • Communication with the owner was always quick and easy. Cons: • The game room floor was dirty. You'd come out with black feet or socks playing in there. • There was a lot of kitchen pans and utensils, but almost no pots. One very small one that could barely cook a single box of mac and cheese. We bought a much larger pot for $20 at TJ Maxx for a pasta night and left it at the home. • All of the ceiling fans in the home are wireless, but all the controllers were dead. Spent $10 on batteries so we could stay cool. • Half the tv remotes didn't work. Fortunately, they're all LG, so you could use a remote from another room when needed. • Smoke alarms / fire detectors would go off randomly. More than a low battery chirp. A 1 - 2 second full alarm at complete random times, including in the middle of the night. Owner did send people out to replace the batteries, but it didn't work. Very annoying. ##### Michael N. Unfortunately, when we first walked in, the home was not cleaned very well. (Dirty floors mostly) There were no washcloths, and very few cooking utensils. (With our large family we ate in home often) The management company was communicative and resolved issues as they arose. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not in the condition shown in the listing photos.•The walls throughout the house were dirty and stained.•The pool was unclean, full of dirt and hair, and the pool lights didn’t work.•The pool table was missing balls, making it unusable.•The TV in the upstairs room was broken.•The AC upstairs was leaking, and the vents were clogged with dust—definitely not ideal for anyone with allergies or sensitivities.•Worst of all, the pictures used on the listing were clearly outdated, which felt misleading.We called five times upon arrival with no answer. When we finally reached someone the next day to report all these issues, we were told a maintenance person would come Sunday morning—which was our last night there, after arriving Friday afternoon. Highly recommend the community because it is very close to Disney as well as having incredible amenities within the community. The clubhouse was wonderful and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, splash pad, and lazy river. The house itself was perfect. Plenty of room for all of our crew.
