  • Welcome Home! This amazing vacation home is located just 3.5 miles from all Disney Themed Parks. The Compass Bay Community is the perfect place to stay. It is a new community with all the facilities that a true vacation rental can offer for a perfect stay in Orlando Florida. This townhouse is newly furnished, tastefully decorated and fully equipped for quality family time. Our townhouse is a clean/spacious home with a backyard in a safe gated community with an in-ground swimming pool. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Only 7 minutes away from all Disney parks and 5 minutes drive to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping and family entertainment. We offer fast free Wifi and smart big screen TVs with Roku streaming services in every room. Bedrooms are set-up to be cozy with thick comforters, extra pillows and linens. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals. Dining room seats 6. Patio has a grill, an outdoor patio table that seats 6 and is ready for your next BBQ with a full tank of propane :)

This is a scam, I never received check in instructions and the host never responded to messages. Had to spend an entire day searching for new lodging to fit my family for the holidays. Do NOT book!

We were never sent check in info. We were left parked on the side of the road for hours, trying to contact host in every way possible and with vrbo not placing us anywhere else the day of check in. We had to pay more money to stay the night in a hotel that turned out awful and uncomfortable, then had to check out at 10am and wait until 4pm for another house to check into. That is 2 days of vacation lost, plus theme park tickets, plus additional charges to stay in a hotel for one night, all because a host failed then vrbo couldnā€™t actually help.

Universal Family Vacation

This property was a great location for our family trip to Florida and Universal Studios! The rental and check-in process was very user friendly and communication with the property manager was good. The property was very spacious for a family of 6 with plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Great location for visitors going to Disney or Universal properties. Our family would stay here again!
