Perfect location
This home is in a great location for all the parks and airport. Also there’s a Walmart only a two min drive from the complex. The house itself is deal for family’s and the games room and themed bedrooms are great, they’ve been done to a high standard. We had a great two week stay here. The host is really easy to deal with and responsive

A magical stay near a magical park!
From the first click, Keith and his team have been amazing and extremely attentive to our reservation and needs. Our stay was fantastic. The home did not disappoint. The kids loved the game room and pool area. The adults loved the party feel of the home. Very comfortable and way needed after a full day in the parks.

Perfect location for a disney holiday
Can not fault the villa at all. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed. When we did need to contact property manager our queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Pool was perfect for relaxing after time at the parks. All the children loved the games room and the available games were very varied. Everyone found the beds comfy and we were grateful for the walk in wardrobe space. The location of Windsor Hills was ideal for visiting all the disney parks.

Beyond my expectations!
It was awesome, the house is beautiful, great area for kids to enjoy and also for the adults. If something was needed the response time was outstanding. Very pleased, my family enjoy it and definitely we will look back to return to this amazing place. Community and Security is good, it makes you feel safe. And more important you are so close to all parks, and that’s is priceless. Thanks a lot! Beyond my expectations!

Our Favorite
This was our third time renting a home in Windsor Hills, and this house was definitely our favorite. The home looked exactly like the pictures. It was extremely well equipped, and we greatly appreciated the attention to details throughout. Any communication with Keith was quickly responded to, and any issue (no matter how small) was quickly addressed. Our only complaint was regarding the cleanliness of the floors/rugs, but all-in-all, we were absolutely thrilled with our stay.

Wonderful for families
We stayed here in order to visit Disney and universal parks. House was wonderful. Plenty of space for our 9, 7, and 5 year old to run around. They swam in the pool every night and loved the video games. We didn’t even make it to the larger pool on property.
This was very close to Disney, about a 15 minute drive. And about 35-40 minutes from universal in the mornings. Traffic was very heavy for a stretch coming back at night, sometimes added 20-30 minutes depending on timing.
Walmart was 7 minute drive away for grocery shopping.
The boys loved all the fun decor in the bedrooms and game room.
We plan to come back in another 5 years or so when the kids are older and I would strongly consider staying here again.

Great home!
The location and proximity to the Disney parks was ideal! We got to most parks pretty quickly, within 15 to 20 mins. Seaworld is an hour away tho. My family really enjoyed the themed rooms. To be specific, the game room was phenomenal and impressive. We had a question about heating the pool and reached out to the property managers who responded right away. I was really surprised to get an immediate email response actually. One thing I don’t think is mentioned during the booking process is that the pool only heats during the day and the heater turns off at night. We would get home from the parks late and try to get in the pool and it would be cold again. I’m only mentioning it so that others can take that in consideration while booking during the winter. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely home.

The good: large house, cleanliness fine, good location for Disney and other parks
The bad:
1) small and large bugs upstairs and downstairs - property manager needs to spray more often
2) a/c upstairs did not work well- very hot in upstairs bedrooms
3) remote confusion- many remotes, many gadgets, not clearly marked
4) nearly impossible to reach Florida Vacation Homes to report problems and find solutions- suggest changing management companies to one that is more available to address guest needs
5) garbage disposal not adequate for weeklong stay

Needed a good clean
We had a great stay. Location was perfect for going to Disney, very safe, nice pool, great community facilities. The house is well positioned and has all amenities as described. But the cleanliness left a lot to be desired! The floors were dirty, all my kids feet were black after walking around the first night, we are not the kind of family to wear shoes inside. The bath towels were damp and there were long black hairs in the beds and on the kitchen towels. There was a thick layer of dust on the bed side tables and when I went to plug in my phone charger behind the bed I saw the thick layer of fluff on the floor and some sticky residue on the floor in the games room. I washed all the bath mats as they were very obviously covered in dirt and grit. I would still recommend this property but just feel it needs a good clean!

Everything you need, and then some.
What an enjoyable trip to Orlando. My family (4) and our friends (family of 4) selected to stay off-property and enjoy some additional space. I am SO GLAD we did.
This property has everything you need for the adults AND the kids.
The adults had very spacious bedrooms to relax and sleep peacefully. The TWO master suites are fantastic and made deciding who sleeps where a very nice process.
The kids rooms were great, with enough space for all four, including an extra room for the older kid. The themes of the room are fun and enjoyable by kids of all ages.
The amenities are INCREDIBLE.
For the adults, the hot tub was an amazing reset at the end of a long day in the park. Whew!!! The furniture and sitting areas are all very comfortable and were a nice place to socialize together.
The kids had the pool and the game room. The non-park days were just as fun as the in-park days, they had a GREAT time in the pool and in the game room. There was an abundance of activities and entertainment for the kids, we didn't even get a chance to make it to the water park or resort game room.
THE HOUSE HAS IT ALL.
The host is very gracious and is so detailed in their communications, there is nothing left to figure out on your own.
This is my ideal VRBO rental and I look forward to coming back some day.

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The games room is amazing and a great place to keep you entertained after the parks during the afternoon thunderstorms (we came in August). The pool was great as well and we had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. We love Windsor Hills as well due to its proximity to Disney, Wal Mart and everything on the 192.
