The property has all that a family or large group needs for a completely immersive entertainment experience. With a private swimming pool, luxurious bedroom furnishings, themed kids rooms, State of the Art game room, and Movie Theater room, you can spend a whole day relaxing or having fun. With 4,000+ sq. ft. to share with your family or group coupled with the pool deck, this home holds up to 20+ guests. The home is also hypoallergenic with no carpeting in the home and a ceiling fan in each bedroom to aide fresh air flow throughout the home. The home has a spacious open floor plan and sits on one of the best lots in Windsor at Westside. The dining area has seating for 16 where bellies are made full and memories are sure to be created. The breakfast bar also has 4 amazing bar stools to accommodate more family time together. The living room has a huge modern 84" fan. By day watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted 75" LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 120" projector screen complete with theater-like seating, complete state of the art surround sound system, and subwoofer. Upstairs there is a huge Princess immersive experience themed kids bedroom complete with dynamic fiber optic lighting, hand painted effects, LED lighting, Princess themed dynamic effects, and other Princess amazement. Other things to note Gated Resort for added security- please provide confirmation of the reservation to the guard. Home has a keypad for easy entry. Pool heat is optional and costs an extra $45 per day+tax (you will receive an invoice after booking should you wish to heat the pool to standard pool temperatures only during daytime hours (not usually necessary May-Sep). We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April. ORDERING POOL HEAT: Pool heat available for $45 a day + tax. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add the pool heat to your reservation. The pool heater operates on a timer and is set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. (9am-9pm). Pool heat is not recommended for short stays, since it usually requires 72 hours to heat the swimming pool. Please note, that for the first days of your stay the pool won’t be heated. The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. The spillover spa is attached to the pool, using the same water. There is no option to only heat the spa since it is the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature around 80-84 degrees Fahrenheit. When in the spa mode, it will be heated up to between 94 - 102 degrees Fahrenheit. If left in spa mode the pool will not be getting any heated water and so the pool will cool down. Pool heat must be purchased before your stay for the entire duration of your stay. In the coldest winter months heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30\`s and 40\`s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature in the mid to high 80\`s, especially where pool heat is provided via an electric heat pump if the outside air temperature drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Electric heating pumps do not operate effectively below this temperature, and failure of such devices to heat the pool to the desired temperature is outside of our control and is regarded as an act of nature. Please note that cold weather does NOT constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather. ORDERING A BBQ GRILL: The house does not have a grill, but we do have a grill available for rent. Price for the first week: $135 USD and after the first week you can get get another week for $135 or pay each extra day for $20\. It is a 4 burner grill (Gas). If interested, you need to notify the hose prior to arrival. It is not possible to order a grill once your reservation has started. Additional Rules \- Check-in time: 4:00 P.M. \- Check-out time: 10:00 A.M. If you want an early check-in or a late check-out please ask the host for availability. Heater works from 9a.m. to 9 pm. The pool gets one degree warmer approximately every two or three hours. It takes a few days to get heated, if the weather is cold it takes longer to heat. If the temperature drops below 55º degrees the heater will not work. Due to these factors pool heat is not recommended for short stays. RV and Motor Home Parking RVs and Motor Homes are not permitted in the community. However, there are several RV resorts in the area where parking may be permitted. IMPORTANT: Please check your belongings before your departure. We are not responsible for any forgotten item. Bring your own towels Good,. Dishes in cabinet were dirty, towels were old and dingy. Oven waa dirty, and Patio needs to be power washed. This house was absolutely beautiful! Everyone in my family fully enjoyed everything this house had to offer! It was VERY clean and spacious. All of our needs were met. Our children(2-18)were never bored! Most of our time was spent in the pool area and game room. We have zero complaints and can’t wait to rent again with Lisa! ##### Jennifer A. The house was perfect. It was roomy enough for everyone without anyone feeling slighted for space. I would highly recommend this place if you’re ever in the area. The home has a great game room a great movie theater room, and bedrooms and bathrooms for days. We loved it. The owner was responsive to any needs immediately. This place was a complete disaster. From check in to nothing in the house working. I have come to Orlando for the last 25 years during this week and have rented numerous homes for my business associates during a big conference. stranded for hours waiting for a code to get in the house, we finally get in the house and the house was not even cleaned yet, so attempted to sleep on the sofa with no success, then the cleaning folks show up the next day and they did a horrible job, numerous issues. This place is disaster, the amount of time we spent complaining was a complete waste of time. we received one free night for our troubles. WORTHLESS! VRBO needs to remove this listing! We stayed here with our group of family, and loved our stay! The house was clean and well stocked, with plenty of room and bedrooms so the 10 of us didn’t feel squished! The house has so many rooms that are comfortable and the house easily accommodated our large family on our trip to Disney! All of us enjoyed staying here from our 92 year old grandma to the young kids. Everything was sparkling clean! Nice, quiet neighborhood close to convenience stores, gas station, restaurants, etc! Lisa was a fantastic host. She not only kept us updated throughout the entire time leading up to our stay, but was quick to respond to any and all questions that happened throughout. She gave advice on local spots, and even helped tend to us when we had quick requests. Her house was impeccable and her approach to the our stay was extremely professional and warm. This is my fourth time to Orlando, and my only regret is that I didn't find Lisa sooner. I will never stay with another host again in the area that isn't Lisa. Wow! That’s the only way to describe this property & the holiday we have just experienced. Having been to Orlando numerous occasions previously, this by far was our favorite stay. The place was immaculate, extremely spacious, modern. The pool & spa was amazing, and the kids loved every minute of the games room & cinema room!! Lisa and her team were fantastic hosts, helpful from the day we booked until the day we had to leave. We haven’t a single thing to complain about, and would truly recommend this place to anyone. The Southern Wonder of the World Hands down the best vacation rental! The kids were in heaven. Game room, movie theater, pool, and hot tub kept them entertained for days!! For the kitchen they have everything you need as far as pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. There is a Publix and Target right by the house which was very convenient. We had pizza delivered from Pizzeria Italia one night and it was delicious. Highly recommend! Lisa was amazing and very quick to respond to questions.
