The Explorer's Club is a warm and inviting vacation rental home, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It is located in sunny Kissimmee Florida (near Orlando), just minutes from Walt Disney World. The Explorer's Club features a private, heated, southern facing swimming pool and attached spa bordered with tropical plantings for added privacy. Need more than one villa? We have seven other villas in nearby neighborhoods! Ask us for more details. The optional pool and spa heat is available for $30 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August. The Explorer's Club is a wonderful vacation rental home about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including 2 master suites. This spacious villa sleeps 8 people in total comfort. The great room boasts a large, combined living and dining area which is open to the nearby kitchen and breakfast nook. The southern facing swimming pool with attached spa sits on a private pool deck surrounded by a screen enclosure and tropical plantings. No vacation home is complete without a game room and this one is no exception, featuring a pool table, a basketball machine and a Foosball table. The great room has a 55-inch, wall mounted, flat-screen TV and all the bedrooms have wall mounted, flat-screen TV's. Let's explore all the amenities in more detail! After location, one of the most commonly prized amenities is the pool, and The Explorer's Club has a great one! This private pool deck offers plenty of room to relax around this southern facing pool with attached spa. No walking out of this villa and falling into the pool! A southern facing pool is desirable for the most sunshine on the pool throughout the day, but if it gets too hot, sip on a drink in the covered lanai. The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards for maximum relaxation and the tropical plantings around the outside give added privacy. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all. If you are visiting in the cooler months, don't worry, POOL AND SPA HEAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN OPTIONAL CHARGE. The inside of The Explorer's Club is even more spectacular than the outside! Upon entering the villa, the luxury and quality will be immediately apparent. The entry hall leads to the open and bright dining room, great room and kitchen. All the common areas have ceramic tile floors. The formal dining table has seating for 6 and the breakfast nook has seating for another 4 persons. The family room has two leather couches facing the 55-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The living room TV has a Blu-ray player and a collection of movies for guest to watch and all the TV's in the villa have free cable TV. There is also an XBoxOne gaming system with a collection of games for your use. The beautiful kitchen is open to the great room and has countertop seating for two. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool for a sunny view in the mornings. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or lunches to take with you. There is also plenty of plasticware for use by the pool. The 14-cup coffer maker is accompanied by a stocked, coffee caddy, so if you arrive late at night, your first pot the next morning is on us! Off the left, back of the great room is The Explorer's Club king master suite. The king master suite has a king bed and a 42-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet with a hotel-style safe. The king bedroom en suite bathroom has a separate shower stall and a huge garden tub. The king master bath also has a door to the lanai, so you don't have to walk through the villa with wet feet when you're in the pool and nature calls! The queen master suite has a queen bed and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The first kid's bedroom is space themed. It has two twin beds, space décor and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The second kid's bedroom is Jurassic World themed. It has two twin beds, dinosaur décor and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The two twin bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo. No vacation villa would be complete without a game room. The Explorer's Club carpeted game room features a pool table, a Foosball table and an electronic, basketball machine. It is decorated to match the villa's adventure theme. You can also find other leisure equipment like tennis rackets and balls in the game room. The stroller and high chair are stored in the game room if you need them and there is a pack-n-play in one of the bedroom closets. We love families and children, so if there is something missing that you need for your baby, toddler, children or family, let us know and chances are we will purchase it for the villa! The final amenity of The Explorer's Club to consider is the dedicated new ownership. This villa was acquired in October of 2018\. This is the sixth villa we purchased in the area and we have near perfect reviews on all of our villas. Gerry is a wonderful host! We had a minor issue with the pool (really not a big deal!). He answered right away and a fews hours later, the pool guy came and fixed it. The place is clean, the gated community is safe and very quiet. It’s close to the parks. I definitely recommend the place for a family stay! ##### Yannick B. The pool and hot tub were great to have after a long day at the park. We had an issue with the tv connecting and texted to let the house management know and he showed up for the fix. We have previously stayed at this house and love staying at this house when we visit Orlando! It has a great location to parks and also surrounding entertainment and restaurants. Our family enjoys the private pool an hottub. The added grill was a big plus! This is a safe neighborhood and a very clean house with plenty of space to spread around. There was lots of space for the whole family and we really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and spa after a day at the parks. We arranged for the pool to be heated and it was a lovely temperature. There are lots of restaurants and shops locally and it is very close to all the theme parks. Check in was easy which was great as our flight arrived late in the evening. Gerry was really helpful and it is clearly important to him that his guests have a great holiday. I would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you Gerry. ##### Nicola Y. This house was great. Super clean and comfortable. There is also a fully stocked kitchen if you want to stay in but lots of great restaurants in the area if you like to dine out. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Paid a little extra and had the pool heated and it was the perfect temp every time we went in. Well worth it and a great end to a long day at the park. Finally Gerry the owner was great to deal with. So quick to respond to any questions and just overall provided a great experience. We were a family of 7 and we had ample space. There were TVs and cable in each room. Play room in garage was a huge hit! Kids loved the hot tub after the parks and I love to take a dip in the morning. The kitchen was very functional. Kids loved to get to the club house to play basketball and Ping pong! Communication with Gerry was great. We requested adjustment to thermostats and he obliged right away. All in all, this is a great place. I-4 is always backed up so it takes about 40 min to universal and 20-25 for Disney. We loved being here and we will definitely stay again. ##### sathya s. Let me start by saying that everything about this house and experience was top notch. The owner, Gerry and property manager, Robert, couldn’t have been nicer. They were extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions or address any issues and made sure that we had what we needed. They were so wonderful to deal with and the best host and property manager that we’ve ever experienced at a vacation rental. The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We felt right at home as soon as we walked through the door. We enjoyed the private pool, hot tub, and fun game room. The house is in a beautiful, gated community. The community is in a great location, has many amenities, was clean, quiet, and the residents were extremely kind. The information book left for us in the house was very helpful with various information including activities, golf courses and restaurants in the area. My husband and I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this was by far the best experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend this property. The villa is comfortable and well equipped. We were pleased to find a wide variety of kitchen amenities (much more than most villas supply). We found the beds to be kind of hard, but understand that everyone has different comfort levels. We paid the additional fee for pool heat and the pool was a very pleasant temperature for swimming all week even after the weather went into the 40s at night with highs in the low 60s. We really enjoyed the spa in the evenings as well. We did not come to the area for the popular parks but the kids were very happy with all that the home offered for them (games room, pool, separate bedrooms with their own tvs). The owner, Gerry, was very responsive about every issue we mentioned and Rob, the local property manager, was pleasant and quick to repair a few items we noticed needed attention (most renters unfortunately just don't treat rental properties with care the way they should). My boys are asking about when we can return (actually they want us to buy that house, lol). This is the third villa we've rented in Windsor Palms and the best yet! ##### Marcy W. The Explorer’s Villa had loads of space, and was beautifully decorated and clean. Pool was good size, perfect temperature and hot tub very relaxing. (Even pool towels are supplied) Wifi was plenty fast enough, and multiple tvs had plenty of streaming options (Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) The game room was fun! Beds were very comfortable with great ensuites. Kitchen large, and fully equipped. Nice to have the starter pack of toiletries, toilet paper, and kitchen kit. Villa is in a quiet gated complex, great location for visiting theme parks (all within 30mins drive) Space Centre (80 mins) and the coast. Lots of restaurants, takeaways, and shopping within 10-15mins drive! Recommend Cracker Barrel breakfasts, and for quick meals Raisin’ Cane chicken, Steak & Shake diner, Sickies Garage diner burgers, Culvers, and Panda Express. For more relaxed meals Bahama Breeze, and Cowfish (in Universal’s City Walk) It was quick and easy to communicate with the very helpful owner Gerry, and he had lots of useful suggestions for restaurants etc. He was also able to arrange a later check-out for us! (Pillows are quite soft and lumpy, that’s the only criticism) Had a problem with loud noise from some equipment on the wall of the neighbouring villa, just outside the window of our main bedroom (pool heater or aircon unit maybe) We told Gerry and he passed it on to the management company of the community, who sent a tech. Was not solved while we were there, but Gerry is sorting! ##### Anne C.
