A rare find -- 2 Bedroom/3 Bathroom House. Designed by renowned architect James Gamble Rogers II, our home is a 25-minute drive ($23 Uber) from the MCO Airport. Nestled in the heart of Orlando's College Park district, it is an oasis just moments away from Downtown Orlando: nightlife, museums, and funky art and music scene. Take a 25-minute drive to Disney, Universal, or The Outlets. Uber/Lyft/Walk to nearby trendy restaurants, museums, theaters, boutique shopping, and our craft beer scene. The space: Enjoy continental breakfast with coffee or tea either in the eat-in kitchen or on your private back patio. We offer 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and keyless entry. There are 2 master suites: 1 with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom, and the other with 2 Full-Size Beds and an en suite bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is high-speed internet throughout the property and a 52" HD TV in the living room with Roku (Netflix, Hulu, etc), and Blue-Ray DVD Player. The master queen bedroom also has a smart TV. We want you to feel at home during your stay. There is everything in the kitchen to help prepare delicious meals. You have a few ingredients to get you started. The cottage was perfect for our family to go back to after a full day of on the go to relax and get ready for the next day. It was very clean, they had lots of extras to offer which was very generous. My family and I felt safe. It was a little challenging to prepare meals because there were a lot of kitchen tools on the counter. Would have liked it if property manager responded faster to my messages, would have liked some home instruction at the property, would have appreciated if the property manager would have been a little flexible with checking in time. The place was extremely clean and felt super welcoming the moment we walked in. It’s in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood and the price was very reasonable for everything that was included.The house had all the expected creature comforts—and even some we didn’t expect! It came fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and cooking utensils, which made it easy to cook meals at home. There was a washer and dryer (a huge plus), central air to keep us cool, and two spacious bedrooms that were super comfortable. Both bathrooms had nice walk-in showers, and there were two TVs so we could spread out and relax after a day of exploring.It’s in a great location too—close to lots of fun spots around Orlando, and there’s a shopping area nearby for anything you need during your stay.All in all, a fantastic experience. When we're in Orlando again, there's no question—we’ll definitely be staying here againOh! And a fenced in area for the doggo! ##### Charlene D. This place was pretty amazing. The host left us just about anything we might need. No need to go to the grocery store. Also, lots of space. There's a private patio with tables and a grill if you want to hang out in the sun. The place is super nice and clean. It is right near I-4 in a good area. You can easily get to wherever you need to go quickly. 2 minutes and you are on the interstate. The hosts were responsive and there were no issues. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Matt B.
