Great attractive decoration and everything very well taken care of in the house, we have already left some amenities in the bathrooms with shampoo, soap, toilet paper, everything to make you feel at home and be able to enjoy your vacation. Upon entering the house, you will have the 1st. floor with a great TV room, dining room, and a modern and complete kitchen with cabinets, 4 high chairs to make meals on the kitchen bench, appliances, crockery, cutlery, pans, etc, with all utensils, a toilet, we also have a private patio with barbecue and a dining table with 6 chairs. on the 2nd. Floor of the house we have 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, sine 1 bedroom with king bed, 2nd, bedroom with queen bed, 3rd. bedroom with 2 twin beds and 4th. room with 2 twin beds, all very well decorated, we also have a complete laundry room with washing machine and dryer. (5129 Kklw) OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 1\. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing. 2\. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows. \* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer. 3\. If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability. 4\. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement. \* To pay for it, you can send by Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. 6\. We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems. 7\. We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house. 8\. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in. 9\. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage must be thrown in the condominium's dambster in a white plastic bag, leaving no rubbish accumulated in the house or empty boxes, subject to a fine. 11\. Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine. 12\. We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have a great vacation while staying at our listing. Also, remember that our main form of communication is always through messaging on the platform that rented your home. Note: We are not responsible for any left items at the unit. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - We charge a security deposit of $400.00, which will be returned after your checkout if there are no damages to the house. If there are any damages, we will deduct the cost from the retained amount and refund the remainder. INTERATION WITH GUESTS: We are always available to solve any type of problem or inconvenience that may affect your stay with us.
