Here’s how it works: After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete. You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation. For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in. Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home. Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay. Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show. Important House Rules No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties. Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence. Security Deposit $500 for stays up to 28 nights. $1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
