Summary: Welcome to Sunrise in Kissimmee, a 4-bedroom townhome with an especially attractive location just steps away from the community heated pool. This modern home is located in Summerville Resort, a community of luxury condominiums less than 10 minutes from Disney World with additional amenities including clubhouse, fitness center, kids' playroom, and outdoor playground. The location cannot be beat! Unless you are staying in Disney, you cannot get closer! The Space: The condo itself is literally steps out the door to the heated pool complete with water features and a hot tub. Inside the home, an open concept floor plan has space for you whole group to relax and unwind. The living area is comfortably furnished with couches and DirecTV/SmartTV where you can watch Disney movies ahead of meeting your favorite characters at the actual park. Sliding glass doors open onto a private patio where you can enjoy leisure time outdoors. Lounge chairs provide a space to kick back, while a grill and outdoor dining table offer an area to enjoy some dinner al fresco. Back inside, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, and toaster for convenient meals at home. 4 barstools line the kitchen counter where casual breakfast or morning coffee can be shared. The dining table has seating for 7 guests to gather for formal meals. This home sleeps 9 guests in 4 private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms are similarly furnished, each with a king size bed, and DirectTV/Smart tv. The final bedroom is furnished in a Mickey Mouse theme with Full/full bunk bed and a twin size bed plus DirecTV/Smart TV. THINGS TO NOTE: The home shares an additional half bathroom downstairs in the kitchen Parking space provided for 4 vehicles. One space is dedicated to the unit. Washer and dryer for guest use in unit. \- A private grill can be rented for $95 for your stay up to one week depending on availability and subject to change. To request the use of a BBQ grill, please contact our customer service team few days prior to your check-in date. Even with it’s 5/5 rating, this property exceeded our expectations. The three king-sized bedrooms and kid’s room with bunks fit our group perfectly and we loved that every room had an ensuite bathroom. Having a bedroom on the main floor was important, as one of our family members has mobility issues. Nice, open kitchen/dining and living room. The pool was clean, great for all swimming abilities and right out the front door. Plenty of good restaurants close by and having Walmart just down the road was great for easy grocery pick up. So close to the parks, the grocery store, and shopping. The pool was right outside the door. Great property in a great neighborhood! House was spacious with plenty of room for us and our family. Loved the king size beds in every room (except the kids room, which now has bunks as well--not in pictures yet, I don't think), and plentiful bathrooms. The location to Disney parks was incredible. Always felt like a short drive (10-15 minutes) to wherever we were going. Pool was heated and perfect for a swim every night after a day in the parks. Hot tub was actually HOT too, which is rare in resorts these days. Really helped with those tired feet and muscles after a long day of walking. Very nice condo. It is spacious and well decorated. It’s right next to the pool, which is very convenient. Having three king bedrooms and a kids room which each their own bath was super nice and created some nice privacy. The community is clean and quiet. My only negative is there were no pot holders or dish clothes for the kitchen, and just one dish cloth. There are 2 stainless steel pans that when heated the handle gets just as hot as the bottom of the pan, not fun to burn your self while on vacation. I all I would stay there again. ##### ginger l. We chose this property because of it’s beautiful, spacious interior, safe gated community and proximity to Disney. The property photos are accurate, the beds were so comfy, loved that everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom, appreciated all the light switches being labeled… everything was top notch! To note, they provide basic initial essentials so grab additional paper towels, garbage bags, detergent etc if you head out to grab groceries. While we didn’t have time to use the pool or amenities, they were right outside the door and looked great! Grand Welcome was a fantastic management company- extremely professional and very easy communication with them. This was a quiet, safe neighborhood and we enjoyed this property very much.
