My husband and I chose this property due to the large number of reviews of the home. Most of the reviews stated that this was a new property that was very clean and large. But I'm sad to say that only one of those descriptions were met (i.e., large and spacious home). Aside from that the home has not been well kept. There were stains on the carpet throughout the home, most of the fixtures were broken/damaged (i.e, refrigerator shelves, hole in master bedroom door, missing ceiling pendant, etc), the pool wasn't cleaned upon arrival, there were ants crawling around the house, kitchen, bathrooms and door frames, the bedding didn't look or smell fresh, we noticed a few stains on the sheets, and the house had a strong smell of animal dander and urine. Due to improper cleaning after pets and guest many of the members from my family needed extra allergy medicine to make it through the week. Lastly, management did not respond within a timely manner. They never answered the phone when we called to have things fixed, and the service providers that came out did not truly fix the problems. Nothing in this house was handled with care. This is our first time staying at a home without direct access to the owners and I mist say it was a bummer to feel bamboozled at check in. The last issue I had with the property is check in time versus the company’s hours of operation. Why is check-in at 4:00 pm but the company closes at 5:00 pm. This makes it more difficult to request service and help.
