SINGLE-FAMILY HOME 6 bedrooms | 5 bathrooms 3,275sqft (305 m²) FIRST FLOOR: • 1 bedroom with a king-size bed; • 1 full bathroom; • Living room, dining room, and kitchen in a gorgeous integrated space; • Laundry room with washer and dryer; • Spacious pool area with an area with jets and BBQ. HOUSEKEEPING • To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed. POOL & SPA • Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature. • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. POOL CLEANING Pool cleaning at Storey Lake Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Wednesdays or Thursdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. PARKING • Parking is first come first service in the Townhomes and in the driveway for the Single Family homes. • No grass parking is allowed. Street parking is strictly prohibited • Any vehicles parked on the street will be towed by the Association at the owner's expense. CLUBHOUSE • The Hideaway Club amenities included: fitness center, heated resort pool, water slides, splash pad, heated lazy river, restaurant, tiki bar, lake, beach volleyball court, basketball court, kayak rentals, mini golf (extra cost). • Clubhouse and pool hours: from 9 am to 9 pm. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family of 7\. The host was very responsive throughout the stay. Only suggestion we had is that it would have been great to have binder or something printed on site with all stay instructions and information for easy access rather than having to refer to emails and previous messages. It’s very large and we loved the private pool. The property is very clean and the neighborhood is great. We were there to visit Disney and the drive to and from the park was about 15-20 min depending on the traffic. There is a Target very close to the house for quick shopping needs and numerous restaurants. We did have some trouble with the getting in the gate on the first day but the property manager communicated with us very promptly and help us solve our issue. Great customer service! Close to Disney parks, shopping and food. Super convenient for long days at parks. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. Check-in and check-out was easy. There is not a single fan in the entire house. So if you are used to your fan for white noise, you won’t find it. They also stress security in the neighborhood, but one of the gates was open the entire week we were there. Hosts are very responsive. ##### Kristin T. Only a slight issue with the pool. However, somebody was there at 8 o’clock the next day. A busy rear street however, adequate buffer zone, shrub, line and wilderness area to rear. Fun watching 100s of buzzards various birds, geckos and raccoons in the area. House was clean and what was advertised. Stayed for 26 days and highly recommend this home ##### Timothy V. Our party of 12 enjoyed the spacious kitchen/dining area and the number of rooms. Very Clean!!! Suggestions: 8 pool towels provided should be increased to 12, the maximum capacity. Many of the bathroom towels are thin and need replacing. A whisk and a couple of extra bowls would be helpful. We would highly recommend this home and would gladly choose it again. ##### Norma F. Location is near lots of amenities. I wish the road noise wasn’t as noticeable and the pool got sun until later in the day. One suggestion, it would be helpful to provide a binder with information about the house and neighborhood. For example when we checked in the gate was open so we drove through. It wasn’t until a few days later that we learned we needed a parking pass to get through the gate and to access the community facilities. ##### Louise U. Our stay was for a little friend get away and I have stayed in the neighborhood before, but not in a house this clean! Very comfortable beds, very very clean floors and bathrooms, even the chairs were vacuumed! Just impressed with it all! The person who handled my reservation was so very nice. We had an issue with the pool not heating, even though we paid for it, and when I asked they sent a technician to fix it and refunded my money since we didn’t get to use it! It was super clean and everything was functional. The kitchen had enough cookware to allow us to cook meals. Please note that it there are no condiments and food items. You'll beed to bring/buy salt, pepper, etc. The neighborhood is OK but not amazing. The neighborhood soccer court is in disrepair and has a "closed for repairs" despite it being used all day, every day by local teens. The area around the neighborhood is fine, but a bit run down. Lots of check cashing, vape, massage and hookah places. Regardless, I'd recommend the house. It sever two families with teenagers very well. ##### William L. Hosted our sons tennis team for dinner and watched great pro matches on tv. Plenty of room. The place was clean and easy to find. Target is 1 minute away. Which was good because there is zero supplies in the kitchen. No coffee, no salt no pepper. Also the boys were excited to use the hot tub and small pool but you have to call down to the office and pay a fee to turn on the pool heater. Minimum three days about 100 or so dollars not mentioned in the description as far as I found it’s possible I missed it. Overall, we were very happy with the place and give it five stars. 4 1/2 would’ve been more appropriate, but there wasn’t an option for that. ##### marshall c. Gated community frustrating. First of all the house was great and marked all the boxes. Clean, roomy with a private pool. Close drive to Disney and Universal. Our only problem had to do with the gated community. Check in was not as easy as expected. After finally finding the security gate at 2am in the morning the gate pass did not work the first time. Tried to call the security gate but was busy. After quite some time we were finally able to get into the house. We were constantly coming and going on our busy vacation. Several times the gate pass (piece of paper) did not get us in. We had to either wait for someone else to come in or leave to “sneak” through the gate. A few of us wanted to walk to a nearby store and weren’t able to leave the property on foot because the gate would not open without the pass. Overall great place to stay. Spacious and tools decorated for all ages. GREAT location. Only issue, (and completely my fault) I neglected to request the pool be heated 48hrs prior to my arrival. The pool was fantastic other than the pool maintenance interrupted our swim and made us get out with no warning. The property manager apologized and compensated us for the inconvenience. The unit is as listed there were no kitchen essentials other than the listing. We bought pot holders to get things out of the oven.
