POOL & SPA • Please note: the attached spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets. It can only be heated when the entire pool is heated, as both will maintain the same temperature. • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. Solara Resort offers diverse dining options including Solstice Bar and Grill, plus nearby favorites like Olive Garden and LongHorn Steakhouse. Guests enjoy a spa, fitness center, games room, and sports courts. Just 8 miles from Disney, it's perfect for families and vacationers. Three days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. POOL CLEANING Pool cleaning at Solara Resort houses is conducted weekly on Monday, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. PARKING • Parking is allotted to each home as their driveway. • No street parking is allowed. • There are overflow parking lots throughout the community. • Buses / RV's / Oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed. CLUBHOUSE • Amenities included: heated pool, splash pad, flow rider, restaurant, tiki bar, business room, living room, sports courts, gym, and yoga lawn. • The amenity center opens from 8am to 8pm with the exception of the restaurant which opens at 11am. This place is beautiful. Do not hesitated to book. The home is very large, light and full of useful features. Mostly we loved the pool and open feel to the place. The resort is also well manicured, clean and fresh. Almost like it’s on the Truman Show. The security team and members at the club bar were excellent! Lots of supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. Disney is all within 30 mins. 90 mins to Clearwater (West Coast) or Kennedy space Center (East coast). A few minor quick wins for the owners that did not detract from our stay but may be worth fixing. The Pool cleaner seemed to put all the chlorine in the hot tub so that its filters into the pool when run. This meant the hot tub was very strong smelling for 48-72hrs, pretty much unusable. All 4 pool cues have no tips, therefore we didn’t use the table as we didn’t want to risk cutting the cloth. There was no pizza cutter (we got you one). A basic clothes airer would be handy, not everything can go in the dryer. ##### James C. We loved everything about the house itself. There were a few loud parties on the weekends in the neighbourhood but the weekdays were fine. They were great at responding to messages throughout the stay. We lost power the first night due to an outage from a transformer outside the house and management company was working to keep us updated on time it would take to come back on right away. The house is spacious and has all the amenties you need for a week of hassle free living. Will definetly try to stay again at this house if available and we are in the Disney area. ##### Matt D.
