This comfortable, private villa accommodates up to 23 guests with 9 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. Located at the newest and one of the most requested resorts in Kissimmee, Florida, the Storey Lake Resort. Luxuriously decorated, its design incorporates modern and contemporary chic aspects. With it's own game room, two living room areas, private pool and a BBQ. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, has a private bathroom with a tub, separate shower, and his and her sinks. The covered lanai and heated pool & spa offer the best outdoor vacation experience. Everything you need in a vacation home to create amazing memories can be found in this fantastic house!
This stunning community features all the popular resort amenities of 5 star locations! An extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece and includes a huge resort-style pool complete with a water slide. Enjoy the brilliant menu for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, with all of the latest in cardio and strength building equipment. Child-friendly areas and multiple sports courts are available, offering tons of fun for entire family.
It also has access to major Florida highways, such as SR 535, I-4, and US 192. Guests can explore nearby shopping malls, restaurants, nature trails, conservation areas, and entertainment options too! Only within minutes of world-famous attraction parks such as Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld.

Family vacation

The house was clean and beautiful. My kids spent most of the day in the pool and had a blast. Whenever we had a problem we called them and they came as soon as they could to help.

The Grill

I had complications with the grill, I had to take my uncooked food off the grill and put it in the oven to cook. I explained to Short Term Rental the problem I was having and eventually someone came to look at it and said I was out of propane and nobody was able to replace it but I can go get one and they’ll reimburse me. I felt like that was an inconvenience because the night before I had to take my uncooked food off and put it in the oven and wanted to use it the next day. My father also had a house 7 houses from me and he also ran out of propane. I feel as though they should make sure the guest have a full tank and a spare tank. When I asked for a refund or any compensation, I was told no because I used it and I explained I didn’t use it because I had to put my food on the oven. The house was beautiful and clean but the amenities was not accommodating for a 4 night stay. (grill and no skimmer for the pool)

Overall positive stay with a few issues.

Overall it was a good stay but we did encounter a few issues. Before arriving Orlando Short Term kept insisting they sent me the contract. When I asked them to resend they rudely responded that they sent it and forwarded the response they received when they sent me the contract (it was to a different name - not me - which is why I never received it but they kept insisting I did). The bedrooms and size of the property were perfect - 10 of us stayed very comfortably. The grill is still a problem. We started it and it was so dirty it almost started a fire. We shut it all down but when we started it back up could hardly get a flame. We ended up having to finish our steaks in the oven. There were 3 forks. 3! And 10 of us. We ended up having to eat our steaks with spoons. The property could definitely use more towels. When we arrived the front bin was overflowing with trash and the yard is covered in weeds. I know the trash is picked up by the community service but not the best welcome. I would stay in this community again but not in this house.
