Waking up to the lake view every morning was a great start to the day. Great location, far enough away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to get anywhere. The communication from Zivka was excellent making sure we knew all the information making our check in, stay and check out seamless without any issues. The view is fantastic, saw beautiful skies, hot air ballons, birds of all kinds, turtles. Kids played in the game room and loved the outdoor space. Had meals out on the lanai and lots of great local restaurants. Great kitchen for cooking at home. Host was great, BBQ was a nice add on. Local fun day trips, nice nearby spots for walking or biking. Close to parks about 45-60 minutes with traffic. House is modern, fun decor, comfy beds and living room area, and lots of room. First of all, the host had exceptional communication and is helpful and flexible when it comes to needs and check in . We asked for the pool and spa to be heated, so they helped us with that . You also have to rent a grill if desired, but that was there waiting and clean to use with propane . The house was immaculately cleaned . Probably the cleanest out of any rental we’ve used before. The living area is nicely decorated and very comfortable and accommodating . Unfortunately , the thermostat can’t be turned down below 75 degrees so when it’s 90 outside, the sleeping can be hot. Otherwise it’s comfortable. Luckily there are plenty of fans which was great ! The pool and lanai were amazing. Awesome view and it was fun to watch the wildlife everyday by the pond. The pool water was crystal clear throughout our entire visit - again cleanest pool and pool area we’ve ever had. I love how they have a covering /roof over the dining area so you can comfortably eat outside with shade and also if there’s an afternoon shower. It lights up at night which was very cool for the kids. The game room was stocked with lots of fun things and we enjoyed that as well. Plenty of towels, and kitchen appliances . The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. The close by neighbors were also so quiet, assuming they are not rentals so we were sure to be respectful . My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful home a couple of weeks ago. My daughter had been asking for a dream Disney birthday for the last year or so. As soon as I saw this house I knew “we just had to stay here”. The house is absolutely gorgeous! Check in was seamless and communication with management was professional and prompt. The home is well pointed and has everything we needed to be comfortable. The Disney theme throughout the home is such a nice touch being going to Disney was the focal point of our trip. It was in the 90’s everyday of our stay so the crystal blue pool got a lot of use! The pool was clean and overlooked a lake (that has a family of turtles and fish in it). The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, the only time I saw anyone was when I went on my morning run through the neighborhood. I can’t say enough about this property. Wonderful memories were made here that will last me and my daughter a lifetime. She got the Disney birthday she’s been wanting and it started with this beautiful home. It really is an “Oasis of Peace”. A 5 star rental property, I would give it a10 but, 5 is the cap :) Thanks again for the hospitality and opportunity to enjoy this home! We chose no pool heat since the June weather was in the mid 90's every day, however the pool was very chilly. The house was very roomy and the neighborhood was quiet. This was pretty close to the Disney parks, but Universal Studio parks were almost an hour away. Overall we recommend this house for a Florida stay and we had an enjoyable week. ##### Holly G.
