Private pool & spa (heating on request) serve as the centerpiece of the backyard retreat. Lounge chairs line the poolside for sunbathing, and a shaded patio invites you to linger with a book or a cocktail. Scenic walking paths weave through the resort grounds, perfect for morning strolls.



Entertainment

A converted garage game room fuels friendly competition with arcade games, air hockey, and a basketball setup that delights guests of all ages. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during longer stays.



Resort Access & Amenities

Located within Reunion Resort, you receive RFID cards ($15 each) valid for three days, granting entry to community pools, spas, fitness centers, playgrounds, and more. Specific areas include Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, The Terraces, and Liberty Bluff playground & dog park. The resort water park is not included. Golf enthusiasts can arrange tee times at Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson courses directly, with fees handled separately.

Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire home during your stay.



The property is located within a gated community with 24/7 security, offering a safe and peaceful environment. The driveway accommodates two vehicles parked side-by-side.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is known for its beautifully maintained surroundings, golf courses, and family-friendly atmosphere. The gated setting and security presence help ensure a relaxed and secure stay.



Getting Around:

Parking includes space for two vehicles in the driveway, plus limited street parking in front of the home.



Please note: the garage is used as a game room, so covered parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning Standards

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay to ensure a high level of comfort and hygiene.



Damage Protection

All reservations require one of the following:



1-night stays: $500 refundable security hold

2+ nights: choose between the deposit or a $20/night damage waiver (max $100)



Pool Use

Pool heating is available upon request. During colder or rainy weather, pool temperature and clarity may be affected. The pool is serviced weekly.



Check-Out Policy

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in fees of up to $300 due to cleaning schedule disruptions.



Supplies

This is a self-catering property. Starter supplies are provided, including:



Toiletries (per bathroom)

Limited laundry detergent (up to 2 loads)

Kitchen basics (paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, sponge)



Coffee is not included, but a coffee maker is available. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are provided.

We offer self-check-in and check-out for a smooth arrival experience. While we are not physically on-site, our team is always available through the platform messaging to assist with any questions or needs.
