These items will not be replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more. The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April. The A/C unit can also be set to heat as well. We ask that you please don't set it any higher than 80℉. There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested during your stay for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate. The private pool can be heated for an additional fee. To request this service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. \- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) or the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. \- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm.
