The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of crockery, cutlery, and cookware, ensuring you have everything needed for a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience during your stay.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to eight people and features another large flat-screen TV, perfect for gatherings and meals. This space is designed to bring everyone together, whether you're enjoying a family dinner or watching a game during your stay.

Surrounding the pool is a spacious patio deck furnished with numerous luxurious padded sun lounges. Under the lanai, you’ll find a dining set, perfect for meals or relaxing in the shade. The deck comfortably accommodates two families, ensuring ample space for everyone. Privacy is assured, as neighboring properties are well screened by fences, trees, and shrubs.

For added comfort, pool and spa heating is recommended from October to April and can be arranged as an optional extra.
