Guests have access to the entire house, the private pool area, and the clubhouse.  
  
Three days before your arrival we will send you the access code for the property, Wi-Fi, and the house address via private message (inbox). You will also receive a Welcome Guide by email with all the information you need for your stay. For your convenience, we provide a 24-hour emergency phone line to ensure you have all the support you need throughout your stay.  
  
HOUSEKEEPING  
\- To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.  
  
POOL   
\- The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.  
\- For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.  
\- Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.  
  
Guests staying at Windsor Cay Resort have full access to The Reef Club, our brand-new resort clubhouse located at 16100 Windsor Cay Blvd, Clermont, FL 34714\. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Upon arrival at the front desk, guests must present a driver’s license or photo ID along with their reservation and a credit or debit card to access the pool and outdoor amenities. Please note that the resort does not provide pool towels, but they are available for purchase at the gift shop or guests may bring their own. Smoking and outside food/beverages are not permitted in the pool area.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:  
  
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.  
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.  
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.  
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).  
  
PLEASE NOTE:  
The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details:  
  
• Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability.  
• Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability.  
• Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability.  
  
Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.

• For Townhomes, a maximum of 3 vehicles can be parked in designated townhome parking areas;

#### Great Disney Stay!

The home appeared new and was very clean. The location was about 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) to the Disney parks, which was the purpose of our trip. We ran into a few hiccups, which were all communicated to the host. An opened potato chip bag was left in one of the bedrooms and we were not given enough washcloths for all the guests in our party. The host stated they would bring more washcloths to the property; however, we never received them. Everything else was fine. We would stay here again.
