With a game room, pool and spa, everyone is sure to make great memories. Solterra Resort has a community clubhouse Lazy river, water slides, park, tennis courts, and a gym. Located close to I-4 access makes getting to the parks easy. Golfing and restaurants galore are at Championsgate just minutes away. The space As you enter this beautiful villa, there is a great foyer that gives a beautiful view of the pool area. To the left is the door into the game room. Straight ahead is the open concept area with a kitchen, eat in bar, dining room, and tv lounge area. There's plenty of room for a family to sit and enjoy family time. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. There is a complimentary propane grill for outdoor cooking while the family relaxes in the spa and pool. Downstairs is also a queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with a walk in shower. Upstairs are two theme bedrooms with two full size beds in each that share a hall bath. There are also two king rooms with private baths. All baths have showers. The house has a laundry room upstairs for your convenience. All linens are supplied including pool towels.
