* To help keep resort access clear, vehicles should not block the
pavement or park on the street.
* If bringing a third car, it should be parked parallel to the
driveway so the pavement remains unobstructed.
* Resort fines may apply if parking rules are not followed.
* The spa operates only when the pool heating system is turned on.
* The private pool is serviced weekly, so access may occasionally be
affected during maintenance.
