Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

#### No room

Host never reserved our room despite having accepted the payment. Got confirmation from Vrbo but nothing from host. Vrbo should have communicated booking with host. Very disappointed with experience. Got there and had no place to stay. Not acceptable
