  • Welcome to your next home away from home! This luxurious 7 bedroom house is situated in one of the top resort communities in the Orlando area, Solara Resort. Featuring a private pool and spa with conservation views, this home offers incredible privacy and is perfect for your next family vacation or group trip! The included resort amenities include a fitness center, arcade, resort pool, lazy river, restaurant and bar. All the main theme parks and attractions are under 30 minutes away!

    Make the most of your vacation by staying in this beautiful 7-bedroom house located in the fantastic Solara Resort, an amazing gated community featuring the best resort amenities. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the rear of the home faces a natural pond with serene views of conservation, giving you incredible privacy. This property is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool, and themed kids bedrooms for you and your family to enjoy a magical vacation. You'll be located less than 30 minutes from Disney and Universal, and 35 min from Orlando Airport (MCO).

    This house has 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms for a total of 3544 square feet of luxury living space.

    Maximum 16 guests and 3 cars.

    You'll have unlimited access to the Solara Resort Clubhouse (1575 Carey Palm Circle) featuring a restaurant, bar, fitness center, sundry shop, sand volleyball, sports courts, and video arcade. The resort-style heated pool has a lazy river and a water park area for the kids. Be sure to check the calendar to see what activities the resort has on deck for the day.

    HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Before check-in, the home will be professional cleaned. Additional sheets and towels are available. A mid-stay cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee.

    OPTIONAL ADD ON:
    - Pool and Spa Heat: $40 per day for bookings of 5 or more days. If booking less 4 days, minimum $150 heat fee will charged
    Heat must be turned on for the entire length of the stay. Please request this service at least a week prior to arrival. Pool may take up to 24 hours to reach its set temperature. Please note the pool heater is an electric heat pump and may be less effective when ambient temperature is below 60F. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

    Our home is self check-in. Guests are provided with a starter kit of dish soap, dish detergent, sponge, laundry detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. There are various cleaning supplies provided.

The communication was on point. Every question and everything we needed during our stay was answered and accommodated. I wish the place was a bit more clean and some of the remotes for the TV, we couldn’t find. When we did find some of the remotes, there was no batteries in it. We didn’t let anyone know cause it didn’t bother us that much.

A great house, a little rough around the edges

We’re new to the VRBO world and so maybe the reader should understand our perspective.The house is huge.. easily accommodating our family of nine.. and could easily accommodate the advertised sixteen.It’s tastefully decorated and incredibly cozy. We arrived to it being clean and comfortable, but soon learned of the rough edges.It took me nearly an hour to document damage around the home so I could relax the rest of our vacation. Stains on walls and carpets.. stains on couches.. rip in a pillow.. all stuff that didn’t really affect our comfort.. we just didn’t want to be held responsible.The biggest disappointment.. we didn’t go for theme parks. We went to unplug with our family and focus on quality time together. So we were looking forward to the shuffleboard and darts. Both were inoperable. The host ordered new parts and sent us help, but not before 3/4 of our stay had passed. We were booked for 4 nights and were only able to enjoy the games the last day of our stay. We were appreciative of the host working to resolve the issues, but the resolution wasn’t sufficient to warrant a 5-star stay. We would stay, again, with everything in working order.The layout of the house and pool is AMAZING. Perfect for family fun. The house had a crib and a high chair.. making for ease with our toddler. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was perfect for cooking big meals and hosting our large family.I think there’s incredible potential for this to be a true gem.
