Had to pay for early check in (which I’ve never had to do for a couple hours especially after being told the house was already cleaned the day before. Never reached out to us about the hurricane or any prep or anything. When I reached out about having to leave 3 days early to drive home before the hurricane & asked if they would refund anything nope. Never reached out to give check out reminder or anything. Won’t from from them again.
