POOL • The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. • For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. • Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward. This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized: • Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner. • Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel. • Laundry: One laundry detergent. • Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy). PLEASE NOTE: The following extra services are available and must be requested at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Here are the details: • Pool heating: $33 per day with a minimum charge of $165, subject to availability. • Early check-in (from 12 pm): $127, subject to availability. • Late check-out (until 3 pm): $127, to be requested no later than check-in time and subject to availability. Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station. GATE REQUIREMENTS 01\. To enter the community, all drivers must be registered in advance, with correct first and last names. Only registered drivers will be authorized to access the community, as part of the resort’s security policy. At the front gatehouse, the resort may request a valid photo ID from all guests aged 18 and over, or a valid driver’s license for those driving within the community. 02\. All guests must first check in at the main gate on Sand Mine Road, where access information will be verified and the parking pass will be issued. Once the parking pass is received, guests may use the back gate on Highway 27 for entry and exit during their stay. Guests arriving without a parking pass will be redirected to the main gate. 03\. If you plan to arrive by rideshare (Uber/Lyft), please note that all adult guests in the vehicle must be listed in the reservation. Rideshare drivers do not have access to the community unless the registered guests they are dropping off are properly listed. Please note that rideshare vehicles are also subject to the home’s maximum vehicle limit. If the vehicle limit has already been reached, Uber/Lyft access will be denied. PARKING Vehicle Limits – Strictly Enforced: Each home at Windsor Island Resort has a maximum number of vehicles allowed: • Townhomes: A maximum of 3 vehicles per home are allowed to enter and park in the designated townhome parking areas. • Single-Family Homes (5–7 bedrooms): A maximum of 4 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community. • Single-Family Homes (8–10 bedrooms): A maximum of 5 vehicles per home are allowed to enter the community. 04\. Once this limit is reached, no additional vehicles will be allowed into the community, including visitors. The resort does not make exceptions. 05\. If you plan to receive visitors, please ensure the vehicle limit has not already been reached. Any vehicles beyond the limit will be denied entry at the gate. 06\. Garage and Driveway: Parking is allowed in the garage and driveway. All vehicles must be fully within the driveway. If a vehicle extends into the street or sidewalk—even by one inch—it will be towed. Note: some garages may be converted into game rooms. 07\. Unauthorized Parking: • No parking on grass, irrigation areas, or sidewalks. • No street parking on Kaipo Rd, or on designated areas of Summer Dr, Aloha Blvd, and Mahalo Dr (check posted signs). • Street parking is only allowed on designated sides of the street, as indicated by signs. 08\. Basketball Court/Clubhouse: Parking is allowed in front of the basketball court, but never inside the clubhouse area. 09\. Towing: Vehicles in violation are subject to towing without warning, especially between 8PM and 7AM. All towing costs are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 10\. Parking Passes: All passes must be clearly visible on the vehicle’s dashboard. Security will provide a parking pass. The only downside was that we were provided with just one towel and one washcloth. I understand it’s not a hotel, but having an extra set would’ve been appreciated. It also would’ve been helpful to have a few more trash bags on hand—we ended up purchasing some ourselves, which wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was great, and I would definitely consider booking again in the near future. ##### Jasma J. Stayed here with my husband and our 2 year old, my mom, and my 2 year old nephew. The house looks even better than the photos. The pool area is gorgeous. The location is perfect and everything we needed was within a 15 minute drive. We were only 25 mins from Disney which was wonderful. Great communication with the hosts. The unit had enough space for 11 people (8 adults, 2 kids and infant) We had so much fun watching tv while in the pool and doing burgers on the grill! The outside pool area is wonderful. The resort pool area was very enjoyable for all of us as well. Communication was great, when we needed to add someone to our party they were able to add them within minutes. Good distance to Disney properties too. Only recommendation is to bring a fan if you need to sleep with one, there are no fans. We ended up purchasing one and leaving it at the property when we left. ##### Dawn L. The pool was very much appreciated by the little ones and the lazy river was a huge hit with all. The Disney attractions are only a short journey away and it was lovely to return to the house after a tiring, hot day. The kids loved the pool and our grandson told us that the house was his favourite part of his trip (we went to Disney and took a cruise for context!). Loved the layout, decor, and outside patio area. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. It was very close to the resort pool! I contacted the host multiple times and they were very timely, kind and helpful. I do wish there were a few more items in the kitchen to make cooking easier (kitchen towels, pot holders and baking sheet). It was difficult to cook without them. Overall, the best place we stayed at in Orlando and will stay here again if we come back. ##### jenna k. This property was probably the cleanest VRBO that we stayed at. A few things that would be nice adds to the property. Oven mitts, cookie sheet, kitchen towel. The beds were a little firm for our liking but that is a personal preference and the upstairs floor was pretty squeaky which might be a problem if you have light sleepers. ##### Nikki C. We used the pool daily, so I suggest paying the extra money for the pool heater! We also enjoyed having a full kitchen for us to cook several meals in, and there was a Publix to go grocery shopping at right down the road. The bar onsite was fantastic for the older crowd, and our little ones had a blast on the lazy river and on the slides. It’s an easy 25-30 minute drive to the attractions, but you get away from the crowds, so we called that a win! It was a fantastic trip that we all would do again! ##### Kasey B.
