You're welcome to celebrate at the house with your registered guests, but no outside visitors or large events are allowed. Please keep things respectful and within quiet hours. \- Smoking: No smoking/vaping/marijuana permitted inside the house; a $200 cleaning fee will apply for odor. Smoking outside is welcome but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. \- Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the house in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: soiled rugs, stained/marked walls, moldy dishes, pet stains, trash scattered, etc.). The location was perfect for heading to the parks, which we did, but it was also nice just hanging out at the house and enjoying the amenities. We loved the hot tub and pool very much, our little ones had a blast. They had items for them to play with in the pool as well as life jackets, water toys etc. as a mother I really appreciate this very much. My son love them. It was decorated in a very 50s retro style and even included a coffee syrup bar! The host was very responsive and left a welcome basket for us on our arrival. It's about 30 minutes from Disney and 15 from universal. It was perfect for my teens because they each had their own room. I will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Orlando. ##### erin C. It was a very convenient location. The owner provided immediate responses to any inquiries before/during/after our stay. The descriptions/photos of the property were all very accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, and the Tiki Bar was outstanding. Nice access to kayaks and paddle board. I wanted a fun place that was still close by to bring us together and allow us to spend time with each other while enjoying ourselves. This home provided the perfect environment for what I had envisioned! Joel was super attentive and helpful! We laughed, played, made memories and became a closer family over the last four days in the house.
