"The check-in process was terrible check-in time was 4 we got a room assignment at 5. So many people waiting for rooms even after 5. It is definitely showing its age needs to be renovated or at least change out the dirty carpets. The nicest staff were at the bar in the lobby and the dining area. It is however nice that you can walk to city walk. "

"I had high hopes when I recently visited B&B Hotels However my experience was far from enjoyable. We had to pay a security deposit of $100 for a room that had dirty sheets from the previous guest. I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets & was told there was NO cleaning staff available when it was only 3:30PM on a Thursday Not worth the money when Rosen Inn is around the corner with better accommodations."

"This is the best bang for your budget resort for Universal Orlando. Excellent amenities and the staff is helpful, kind and courteous. Shuttles are timely and the extra hour in the morning is a huge plus!"

"Yes there were activities for all. The pool was okay. Since the public is allowed it makes it very crowded. We were put in the "tower" which they claim is newly renovated. The floors felt so dirty and our shower would leak outside the tub pooling near the toilet. The renovations were definitely DIY's. The walls and doors were just coats of paint after one another. Very sloppy with the rust seeping through, globs of drips dried, a hole in the bottom corner of the bathroom door, a fault room door lock that took several key swipes before it would finally unlock, the paint was so thick on the doors that it made opening and closing them loud and forceful, only one elevator worked with no sign saying the other one was broken, since only one worked it made it very slow and caused families a lot of frustration, stairs were located outside with a door that never fully closed, and the lifeguards never seemed like they were truly watching. The lifeguards would walk back and forth look at one end for 5 to 10 seconds, nod their head then rinse and repeat. One of the pool gates stopped working on our last day and another lady told me how she got ice from one of the stations and it had a cockroach. Whenever the sprinklers came on it smelt like a sewer. There is so much work that needs to be done in this hotel. We won't be using it again. "

"Everything was nice and the location was great. It wasn't as luxurious as I thought it would be but it was nice. I would definitely go again and recommend others to go just be aware of the prices of things. Some amenities had an extra price and parking is expensive. "

"The property and room are nice need a little touch up work ! The night time parking was difficult had to park far from our room ! The elevators were extremely slow and sometime did not work at all ! The last day we were there part of the water park was unable to be used ! "

"The price (other than parking) was very reasonable, and it was close to Disney Springs! Overall, the condo was great. We loved the balcony, kitchen, and how clean everything was. The size/crowdiness of the property, however, was undesirable for us. Parking was also very expensive. The road construction going on also made things very chaotic. Due to so many options in this area for similar prices, I probably would not choose this location again. "
