We are in a five star resort that boasts a water park. This luxury condo is a beautiful place to enjoy Disney, Universal, Sea World and Orlando. After visiting the theme parks, golfing and shopping; take a break and relax.
Windsor Hills is a five-star resort and our condominium is one of the finest in the Disney area. The moment you walk in you will notice the 10-foot ceilings, arched doorways, and tiled floors that give it an airy and spacious feel.

This is a luxurious, three-bedroom, two-bath condominium with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. It is professionally decorated with a huge Master Suite and two additional bedrooms. One with a Queen sized bed and the other has two twin beds designed especially for the kids with a strong Mickey Mouse motif. The full sized crib will make even the youngest member of your family feel at home. Each bedroom has its own TV with an additional one in the living room. The condo also has DVD player. The furniture is top of the line. It will take your breath away as you enter the room.

You will love relaxing on the screened balcony. This is a fourth floor corner condominium with a penthouse view of the lake below. The Master Suite and each of the bedrooms also have beautiful views out their windows.

Imagine coming back to your condominium after spending the day at Disney World (only one and a half miles away) and taking a dip in the lagoon style swimming pool while the kids enjoy going down the two story waterslide at the pool. Or they may choose to play ping pong or billiards in the breathtakingly beautiful Windsor Hills clubhouse. Or they prefer to take in a movie in the on-site, cinema. There is no charge for any of these activities. The playground is phenomenal. It features a large castle and many more extras.

Perfect Family Stay

Excellent, clear, and thorough directions for the stay. Plenty of space for us and our three kids. The pool, arcade, and welcome center were a great relaxing treat for in between FL activities. Perfect location for getting to various places around the area - and a Starbucks very close by.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great to Disney as well as other restaurants and shopping. The water park was a great break from Disney. The down-side was that it filled up fast and was very hard to get chairs. We would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The waterpark was great for the grandkids.We did have to go out and purchase toilet paper, garbage bags, and dishwasher soap. Since there was only 2 of each of those items for our weeklong stay. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Great family stay

Three teenagers and two adults taking a sunny break from Michigan in January. Cooler weather still had some sunshine and temperatures warm enough for time at the pool. Location was close to everything and facilities met all our needs. Owners very responsive throughout our stay.

Great Trip!

Overall the property was great! Check-In was easy and the property and amenities were awesome! The condo was as advertised and very spacious and comfortable. Our only “complaint”would be the pillows were flat and uncomfortable and there were some gnats and ants in the kitchen but nothing too crazy. Overall very happy with the rental and would recommend!

We stayed here for two nights before we checked into Disney. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. The pool was awesome and the kids loved it! The host was responsive which was great! Only one complaint would be the beds. They were all very hard. In the primary bedroom, there was a clear intention from people sleeping.

Easy to get to Disney, and stuff to do on down days

This unit was adequate, but could use some TLC addressing things like a torn screen and some outdated/well used furniture. Overall, the unit was sufficient for our stay, and the Windsor Hills water park/pool area was a real nice place to spend some down time from the parks with the snack/beverage store on site and made it easy to use. For any of the issues we had during our stay, Harry and Sissy were very responsive. Overall, we would stay at Windsor Hills again.

Great hosts beautiful property!!

My family and i had a great vacation at Windsor Hills! Thebpool and waterpark area were amazing there was alwaysbsomething to do. It only took about 25 minutes to get to seaworld and Discovery cove which was perfect. We were just out of reach of the orlando traffic at our resort. Walmart was just at the end of our street which was mostly all resorts and was seconds to get to. Inside of our room we couldnt hear a thing from any of the other condos. Our hosts was very communicative and eager to answer any and all questions we had during out stay. I would definitely stay here time and time again!

My family and I had a great time. Property was big enough. Pool was great and the gym a plus. Place was very representable. However, property needs to be more deep cleaning. Porch has to be clean also outdoor furniture can do an updated. Blinds in windows very dusty, i get allergies i was able to catch the smell with just entering the rooms.

Great location to all the parks

The condo was in a great location to drive to all of the parks. The pool area is awesome but make sure to check with the property to verify if it is open. The adult pool was closed for the 1st two days of our trip (we were not informed of this) and the onsite staff were some of the rudest we have ever come across. I know this is not a direct reflection of the host, but it did make for a stressful check-in and 1st day. Communication with Sissy was great but that didn't make up for the closed pool. The condo was sufficient but could use a deep cleaning.

Nice location and we enjoyed the resort pool and waterpark. The condo itself was not bad overall. But it needs some new pillows (most were very flat) and the mattresses were uncomfortable (firm). The carpet in the master bedroom needs a cleaning or replacement due to many stains. Only soap was provided, no shampoo or conditioner. Kitchen had adequate pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. No spices aside from salt and pepper.
