Our luxury 4 bedroom home is located within the top rated community of Lake Berkley.  
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is fully Air-conditioned throughout keeping the villa cool in the warm Florida weather.  
  
The tastefully furnished lounge has two large comfortable sofas and is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV and Blu Ray player.  
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.  
The dining room is perfect for a formal or informal meal.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It has a cooking range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker,etc. There are more than sufficient plates/utensils for all of your party. There is also a washer and dryer in the utility room.  
  
The en-suite master bedroom is furnished to a high standard with a King sized bed and a TV.  
  
Thee are a further 2 bathrooms, so 3 in total.  
  
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two twin beds. All are furnished to a very high standard.  
  
The pool, spa and deck area is the ultimate place to relax and soak up some sun. The sun loungers, chairs and table are great for outside entertainment and dining. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.  
The villa has a games room with pool table and table soccer.  
  
As a guest of Lake Berkley Resort you will enjoy all these facilities free of charge: fishing, tennis, basketball court, both indoor and outdoor gym, clubhouse, children's splash pool, and running trail.  
  
Our local management team is always available to assist you with and needs you may have.  
  
This villa has a high repeat booking rate, so please reserve early to avoid disappointment.

Great comfortable place to stay overall. I did contact manager in regards to the laundry room being locked. He came he unscrewed the knob since it wasn't one with keyhole, but never came back to replace it.
