SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All of our homes are self-catering. We provide the initial starter pack of items to help you on your first night that includes coffee, body wash, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, sponge and dish soap.

Tv's
Master suite 1 & 2 , and the living room are equipped with Tv's and 125 + cable channels. Guest bedrooms 3 & 4 are equipped with Fire Tv, and you can also use your own streaming subscriptions.

Free parking on the driveway and on the street. Please, make sure tires of your vehicle do NOT touch the grass while parking and and make sure your vehicle is far enough from trash can to be picked up by garbage truck during trash pick-up days (Monday and Tuesday).
Other things to note
POOL FEES:
Heating the pool is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $35 per night and must be booked for 3 nights minimum. The request to have the pool heated needs to be sent at least 24 hours before check-in time but we strongly encourage guests to add this feature as soon as they place their booking.

Pool heating facts: It takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-87 Fahrenheit. Pool system is set on timer so it runs from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore it will be some cooling off during night time when temperature drops. Guests are NOT allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY:
10 people (6 adults). We DO NOT allow presence of any extra unauthorized guest in our premises. Failure to observe this rule will result in $200 penalty per each unauthorized person. This rule doesn’t apply to babies under the age of 2.


NO SMOKING POLICY
We strictly operate a NON-SMOKING policy in our home. For the comfort of all our guests, we thank you for respecting this rule. Violations are subject to a $500 penalty plus any additional fees to cover the cost for all affected areas to be professionally cleaned and sanitized.

NO NOISE / PARTY POLICY
We have a strict policy in place against any loud noise after 11:00 PM on any day. We are kindly asking to be mindful and respectful to other neighbors in our community.

NO PETS (and OTHER ANIMALS) POLICY
Violating this rule will result in $200 automatic penalty plus any property damage expenses. Violation of this rule will result in an Immediate eviction.
